3 stars because app is good overall, but whenever I try to pay for fast pass using the app, the payment methods DO NOT load. Please fix this! I have been trying every time I visit Rockwell and list of payment methods NEVER load. Please fix so that we can use the Fast Pass. No wonder no one uses that lane…
Full of bugs, how is this even approved?
Really Rockwell? This is the most disappointing app ever, using Capacitor? What year is it? App, stuck on loading, stuck on homepage, keep on asking me to fill up address. Other reviewers experienced the same bugs. Stay away! I expected more from Rockwell.
While app is nice on paper and is a nice initiative on Rockwell, this app is not even close to what you can call an Alpha release, I wonder if they even hired a competent app dev to make this app nor have any QA.
Full of bugs
I’m trying to upload our raffle entries for 2023 but it keeps on saying “ failed”even though I followed and complied with all instructions. The app itself is super slow, clicking one button will take you 15-30 seconds to load even with fast internet. Even re-installing the app will not fix it. 💀Waste of time.
