I’ve been using ShippingCart for more than 5 years now and honestly, it’s a game-changer. Shopping from the US, UK, Japan, Korea, or Australia has never been this easy. Last November 14, my purchase was delivered to the Shipping Cart warehouse in Oregon, USA but after a week, I was still not being given the ability to ship it to the Philippines. Shipping Cart is advertising that it only takes them 2-3 working days to upload items to cart. I raised this concern to Shipping Cart and they said they are experiencing a huge volume of orders and assured me that I will be able to ship my item by November 21. It was already November 22 and they were no longer responding to me. I then found out on their Facebook page that a lot of customers are complaining about the very long delays and how they were not informed about it prior. These complaints instantly get deleted from their page. After I shared my own comments, they deleted my post and removed my ability to post any more comments! I called them out about it through a report to DTI and Shipping Cart told me that my comment was “harmful to the interest of ShippingCart and its affiliates.” I never said anything foul, I just shared my own experience. They also blocked me on Instagram. After a series of emails with their customer service rep, they suspended my Shipping Cart account and tagged it for termination. I have not received my package yet and they still can’t tell me when it will arrive. Despite the issues, they keep on advertising their service like everything will go smoothly. Shipping Cart knows about the delays they are experiencing yet they still actively promote the service. Furthermore, they punish customers who call them out for how bad their service is instead of trying to win them back.
After 7 Years Read This Before Using their Services

After 7 years of using I noticed that they over measure your parcels dimensions to rip you off your payment. I frequently order guitars which has a bigger dimensions and normally pay $180 to $250 but recently I was charged $380. What I did is, I measured my parcel Upon delivery and there was discrepancies in all dimensions which has a significant impact in the price. How about my older parcels before which I do not measure upon delivery? Until now I haven’t recieved any refund with poor customer service, takes forever and offers me an insult refund of $3.24 cents. I used their calculator and 1 inch difference has a $45-$60 change in shipping cost but they offered me $3.24 cents refund. Really? What an insult. I don’t even let my parcels stay a day in my cart unless i’m still waiting for my other orders. In fact, It takes after 5 days for them to notify you that an item was recieved in their warehouse.

At first I was in doubt if its gonna work knowing that I had a bad experience from other courier. But unexpectedly, when I used the Shipping cart to have my Armani Items delivered to Philippines, everything has changed. I placed my item for shipment August 7 and from time to time they are sending update same goes with the App. I thought it will be delivered on the 23rd of August which is normalBut to my surprise my item got delivered just today August 13! Thank you Shipping Cart! I’ll definitely going to use you moving forward. All the best!
