Good but…

I hope the address part is just copy paste like Lalamove and it finds the address automatically. Having to click drop down menus is time consuming . I hope you can remove the “Barangay” part too as we still have to google or follow up from our clients what their barangay is. We don’t usually write our Brgy in our addresses right? Also i hope the mobile number part can be pasted as it’s hard to memorize mobile numbers when going back and forth from apps. If desktop yes it’s okay to look back and forth from phone to computer . But when working from phone and using apps, it’s hard esp when you have to book many within a day.

Poor service

Although it’s true that the service rates are cheap, the service is unreliable. They promised to pick up your product the next day after booking but the rider does not really arrive. I waited for one business day for my 3 packages to be picked up but no one came. When I followed up with customer support at around 6pm, they said to just wait as they don’t have a contact or knowledge as to the whereabouts of the rider assigned.
I had 3 packages for pick up and waiting. One of my buyers just requested me to cancel his transaction. So I cancelled one of the transactions specifying the specific tracking number. But lo, the app cannot cancel the transaction. I then went back to their customer support to request one of the pick up request to be cancelled because my buyer requested cancellation. I gave them the specific tracking number for the package. Please note that I still have 2 more remaining packages for pick up that day. That was around 7pm. Suddenly, I got so surprised to receive a text from gogoexpress telling me that all my requests are all cancelled. What a disappointment. Really bad experience for a someone who waited the whole day. These are business transactions and what we business owners want are reliable partners. I thought you can be relied upon when you advertised your service with DTI. Your president was the one who guested on the show in OnePh. But your service really needs to improve a lot. Shame on you.

My order was tagged delivered but recipient did not received the package

I am a GoGo fan and user of this service. I am amazed and happy with the updates once you booked the delivery. However, I encounter my first failed experience. If I view the app, the delivery status is already delivered. However upon further investigatiion, the parcel was not received by the recipient. I contacted the customer service in the FB and email and I am disappointed by the fact that they are not accountable of the lost items. I am asking for the whole refund but they didnt provide just because I didnt avail the insurance. I am writing this again because no one from the management is reaching out to us to solve this problem. I know your app is excellent but the people behind the operations, SHOULD IMPROVE. I am still waiting and searching for ways to raise this concern as I am not satisfied for the 500 pesos reimbursement if the person to be accounted is the rider and the incident report that they claimed that “someone paid it”. Then if somebody paid the lost item then you should be able to pay us. This happened last June 1. Reported June 7. Until now the reimubrsement is under finance approval. I am taking this chance to be heard. Even this is just small way, I am still taking my chances. You can reach out to me because I have my ticket number saved in your system.
