Cheaper rates, but UI is not User-friendly
I think it would be better if we could look at the price first without putting in the contact info because it takes a lot of time. Sometimes I just want to know the price first before actually booking. I also hope to see multiple drop off points in the future.
Edit: I also hope we could Save past deliveries or my own address at least. It’s so tiring to type everything in again and again especially when my place is hard to find without giving the driver notes.
First experience = Disappointing
I booked on 21 March for 6:30am pick up on 23 March at 6:30am, rider Ronnie called and said he will come at 7am which I agreed. March 23 came at exactly 6:13am rider Ronnie sent a tex message saying he won’t be able to come. What an unprofessional service, I committed a delivery at 8am based on riders commitment that he will pick up at 7am then all of a sudden sent a tex message that he can’t make it. Rider even agreed to report him to his operator, what a shame! Rider cancelled the booking so I tried to place another order at exactly 7:01am, up until 1pm no rider accepted my booking! Then at around 1:30pm the same rider Ronnie accepted my booking, the NERVE! After giving me the first bad experience with toktok he has the nerve to accept my booking again! I will never use this service again and will definitely not recommend to any of my friends and relatives! Oh before I forget, ur app is not user friendly!
Last time, I already paid the rider upon booking and when he was about to deliver he asked the receiver if he can wait for “other bookings” para may kasabay.
When the rider delivered the items, he charged the SAME AMOUNT to the receiver that I already paid! My customer which was supposedly the one who will receive was informed that it has already been paid but it happened that when the items were delivered, she wasn’t home. Their houseboy received the items for her that’s why the rider TOOK ADVANTAGE! I already reported twice to their customer service but NOTHING happened.
And when I booked today, the same rider came to my house BUT HE GOT DIFFERENT NAME, PHOTO and MOBILE NUMBER in the app! I thought i was just mistaken but when I checked, he really is the same one!
Before delivering the items, I’m taking photos of the riders. And yes, it’s confirmed IT IS HIM. Too late the items have already been picked up.
And 2 hours since then, they’re not delivered yet. I am just worried that maybe he knew that I reported him before and he wouldn’t deliver the items to my customer. 😞😞😞
THE FACT that riders CAN CHANGE THEIR NAMES and MOBILE NUMBERS and they can have JUST ANY PHOTO of them in their profile is SO SO SO ALARMING!!!!!!
