Cheaper rates, but UI is not User-friendly

I think it would be better if we could look at the price first without putting in the contact info because it takes a lot of time. Sometimes I just want to know the price first before actually booking. I also hope to see multiple drop off points in the future.

Edit: I also hope we could Save past deliveries or my own address at least. It’s so tiring to type everything in again and again especially when my place is hard to find without giving the driver notes.

Needs more improvement!

Even if I tried cancelling a rider, it doesn’t work after a few tries. The rider is also not informed that the order was already cancelled on my part. The location of the rider is also inaccurate and the rider is unreachable. The number seen on the app that I used to contact the rider is different from the number that he used to call me saying that the order was not cancelled at all. This was also the reason why I cannot contact him in the first place. I would’ve waited longer but I had to deliver a package as soon as possible. I also had a previous Toktok experience similar to what just happened. The driver was unreachable and his location was inaccurate (too far from the pinned location).

Due to the miscommunicafion and the faulty app, the rider and I experienced so much inconvenience. I feel bad for the rider.

Please fix this problem. You have a good app and cheap prices. But you still have a lot to improve on.

I booked before for a delivery and waited for more than five minutes to get a rider but nothing is showing on the app so I decided to cancel it, and tried to rebook again for the second time and found a rider. The thing is the first booking I did got a rider but it didn’t showed on the app! So the ending is there were 2 riders came to the pick up location. I hope this will never happen again. Also, the first rider blame me for what happened even after I explained everything.

I hope you can also give notifications whenever the booking was cancelled by the rider because most of the time it’s not giving a notification, while you’ll just waiting for nothing
