Join millions of users who trust Trello to help them be more efficient and get more done.
No more lost sticky notes or searching for bookmarked messages across apps. With Trello on your phone, you can use the app while on-the-go to:
* List out your to-dos while on-the-go: Instantly capture tasks, ideas, and notes right from your phone into a Trello card—add due dates, comments, checklists, descriptions, files, and more. Save messages from popular work apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams, snap a photo, and forward emails to Trello. AI can also help summarize your saved to-dos into a Trello card so that nothing slips through the cracks.
* Centralize your work: Everything captured lands as a card in your Trello Inbox, making it easy to review, prioritize, and organize your work across boards. See your scheduled day in Trello Planner, synced with your Google or Outlook calendars. Standard and Premium users can also enable Planner to schedule focus time in completing saved to-dos.
* Create beautiful, flexible boards: Organize your captured cards into customizable kanban boards and lists, tailored to your workflow. Trello’s tactile and visual mobile interface, featuring drag-and-drop gestures and smooth transitions between boards, offers a natural way to plan your work on a mobile device.
* Seamlessly integrate with Apple: Add tasks from Siri, share content into Trello through the iOS share sheet, and enjoy a polished experience across iPhone, iPad, and web. Capture and complete tasks right from your home screen widget—add new to-dos, see what’s next, and mark tasks done, all without having to open the app so that nothing slips through the cracks.
* Easily see your entire schedule: With Trello’s Planner enabled with your Google or Outlook calendar, you can see what you have scheduled for your day (and set aside focus time on what you’ve captured in Trello cards to get done later).
* Get reminders that work for you: Set up push notifications to get timely alerts for the updates you care about—like due dates, changes, or when you mark tasks as done.
* Work offline: Capture ideas and update boards even without internet—your changes sync automatically when you’re back online.

I’ve been using trello on desktop for years, and have been using the ipad app for around 2. It’s great, but the only thing i’m iffy about with the ipad app is that a LOT of the cards don’t get uodated unless you click or select them individually. I would move a card to a different stack in the desktop, but it wont reflect in the app. The card would automatically move to the correct stack once i click on it in the ipad. Now i have old cards from 2020 in the “DOING” stack, when it should’ve been moved to “COMPLETED” stack months ago. This little bug just makes me less inclined to use it as it’s harder to find cards in the correct stack. But yea, other than this, the app is great :)
Needs better Notif system
Amelia Reese
Undated cards are sometimes as important. Your notif system is flawed. I keep waiting on update like comments or “description changes” or “edits made by _” on one card and it did not inform me. I had to go to the board find it on a category (and i did not know which category to look) at this point. There is something i still cannot figure out. But i’m looking at this and i can see it is very flawed. A suggestion would be to categorize notifications based on “last-touched” and “due dates.” And just put the person who commented/updated/tagged someone/you on the card. No need to specify every single time WHAT the update was unless a person decides to view “recent changes made to card.” Try that for a start and maybe the notifs will become leas cluttered and then we can have smart notifs by trello inserted to “remind” abt pending cards and perhaps cards which are overdue. Pls try this suggestion. Thanks very much.
Improve performance on iPad/Tablets in general
br1572
Don’t get me wrong, I love using Trello for organizing things for our small business. However please do something about performance on the iPad app as well as on the browser version on tablets. Cards do not update completely update even after manual sync and often times the app is unresponsive when I have a lot on my board. Freezes most of the time and can’t get any work done. Experience on the mobile app is better than tablet so far. Thanks and hope this reaches the team!

Best Organizational Management App —now it just needs DARK MODE
deltaechoblue
Hands-down the best experience for organizing tasks, where you don’t have to pay for the very core experience, which I hope stays this way! :)I just wish now that it would support dark mode here in iOS 13, as it may be sometimes blinding late at night to stare at bright white UI elements such as the lists and keyboard. Definitely would recommend!
Bye bye bugs! We’ve fixed up a few things for better flow so you can keep on being productive (and awesome).
