Loan option keep crashing
I downloaded the app when i found out that the quickloan is no longer available in UB app. Tried to tap loan but it gave me error always saying '' cannot connect to server''. Hope this will be fix or updated. So sad. UB quick loan really helps me a lot

Dear Customer Support, I am writing to express my frustration with the Union Digital Bank application. I recently deposited money into my account, but I am now unable to access it. Every time I try to log in, I receive an error message stating that I cannot access the server. This has been a constant issue, and it is extremely frustrating. I believe that Union Digital Bank may be scamming people based on my experience with their application. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. APP IS SO SLOW
Been trying to register and I have been stuck on the address page for more than an hour already MERELY TRYING TO INPUT MY ADDRESS since this terrible, terrible app would crash and I end up doing it all over again. It’s so frustrating. This is the first time a phone application made me thow my phone out of frustration. This is just so upsetting and a severely unpleasant experience — to think that this is owned by UBP which is known for a smooth UI experience with their digital banking app. Do something about it.
