zukì – Loan app by SB Finance 4+

Three star for neutral rate. From logging in to applying a personal loan were smooth. I did not encounter any error message nor problem yet. However, I have read the reviews here and majority of them were having a problem in terms of the whole duration of loan application and the disbursement of the approved amount. I'm hoping that I won't encounter the same scenario. I am still waiting for my loan approval and will come back here for any update or the need to change my feedback.

Since June 2022, I've been reporting payment discrepancies posting on the app. They're not giving full transparency of your transactions. I never missed a month of payment and have been reporting that my payments are not deducted to my outstanding balance. You don't have access to your monthly billing statement. I have to pay additional 100pesos to request my history of payment that they provided after 2months of ranting and arguing with their representatives and just yesterday I found out that they are charging me with penalty fees for almost for 7months that I have to pay almost 30K plus. The worst is I don't see anything about late fees or penalties on the app. The Outstanding balance from the history of payment File that they sent to my email didn't match on the Outstanding balance on the App! If you encounter the same issue please report this right away to SEC and BSP.

I will edit my reviews after the update of my personal loan. As I can see here of some many negative reviews about how it took so long for them to review loan application, I hope they will approve fast my loan because I badly needed the money right now and I am a good payer, you will never have a problem of me coz I pay fast and before due date. I hope you consider my personal loan application 🙏🏻🙏🏻
