So far it's a good app to book tickets but untill a few months ago we could avail discounts even if it was 10-20% but now discounts are only available on the bus companies which do not have good services and we donot use it.
Furthermore, your support is not available at 24 hours if we need to adjust or cancel a ticket before 8am in the morning no one picks up the call on helpline. upon sending an email we receive a response after few hours that we can only cancel the ticket one hour before departure, how am I supposed to contact you one hour departure if your support representative are not available at that time. Happened with me 3 times
And wasted alot of money because you guys didn't help and then I had to buy another ticket.

Very bad experience with the using of this app I deposit 6000 rupees in bookme wallet but after that their is no any withdrawal method to send the money into bank account or another mobile wallets, They say only u can recharge ur mobile or buy tickets , when i try to recharge my mobile so their is no any transaction and something went wrong .. I am calling again n again but their is no any answer to receive the call....I can only request them to add the withdrawal method into bank accounts or another mobile wallet..
