Ever since I have been using the easypaisa app, I have been doing PKG from my easypaisa account, sometimes such a glitch has occurred which causes a lot of harm to me, like if the PKG goes crazy on some other network, like the PKG goes crazy on Jazz, then you Will we show PKG or will we check the balance on our jazz sim or will our data be shown then the balance will also be shown, so what is the matter when we do PKG, we have also given the option to check PKG or PKG. Why don't you even tell me that you are loading again, why is the pkg not coming, it is a matter of great loss, this is the reason why I have stolen the easypaisa app challan.
Account upgrade issue
Since the lates version of this app is come there is a lot of issue I face to upgrade my account limit. They say that we can change our account into 25 lakh per month but when I upgrade my account to 10 lakh he said that I need to upgrade my app version to upgrade my account but it was already updated, so I think I should wait for new update but when the update is come it still said that I should update my app so I don’t get it which version of this app I should download so I can upgrade my account to level 1 to assan digital account. If easypaisa support team read this please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks
Scam alert!
Scam Alert! Easy paisa app is the worst un professional app with pathetic customer care service they dont have any fraudulent issues related policies and they don’t support there customers in any way. I was scammed recently and contacted sada pay to complain lodging for their accounts being used in a scam I was told to register this complain officially by easypaisa service and on my multiple requests they denied in a very unprofessional and pathetic attitude! A girl on the other side of fone kept saying ‘hmari koi policy nh h hm kuch nh krskte and when i said fraud ka mtlb b pta h apko ap complain kren apne owner ko her tone was extremely unprofessional call record horhi h bolti rhen ji bolna h’ I mean you are running an online money transfer service and youre not resolving issues of your customers when you can easily just by officially informing the other bank as they are waiting for you to register so that they could inquire. Thanks to Allah I trusted with a small amount for your services. I will make sure no one else get to suffer by this useless app.
