Worst app EVER !!

This is the worst app one can ever imagine of. I have a business profile account where i prefer daily basis transactions from account to save my time, turns out it totally stops responding when i need it the most. Having a banking app gives you confidence and freedom to move cashless but here it is totally inverse, you can never risk your self-respect if you are using this app, this app will embarass you big time and on big occassions. Like when i’m about to transfer, the dashboard goes blank, no accounts available and a lot more issues, a request to the developer, please either fix it permanently or remove this service permanently, stop toying with yoir valued customers. Thankyou !I’m never recommending this app unless the bugs are resolved.

I’ve been using myABL for my banking needs, and the app has improved over time. The app can occasionally feel slow, and some features require too many steps to complete. I’d also like to see better reliability, faster loading times, and a more polished user experience.Overall, it’s a useful banking app that gets the job done, but with a few refinements it could be one of the best banking apps available.

Worst Experience Ever

The app runs extremely laggy and takes forever to load even basic features. It has failed me multiple times during crucial moments, resulting not only in embarrassment but also in actual revenue loss.A month ago, a lady from the developer team called to ask whether the app was running smoothly. Ironically, it was not. Her only suggestion was to reinstall the app to “fix” the problem, an approach that was as unhelpful as it was predictable.After enduring this experience for the past six months, I have decided to switch to another bank. Thanks, ABL, for making this decision easy.
