Worst app EVER !!
This is the worst app one can ever imagine of. I have a business profile account where i prefer daily basis transactions from account to save my time, turns out it totally stops responding when i need it the most. Having a banking app gives you confidence and freedom to move cashless but here it is totally inverse, you can never risk your self-respect if you are using this app, this app will embarass you big time and on big occassions. Like when i’m about to transfer, the dashboard goes blank, no accounts available and a lot more issues, a request to the developer, please either fix it permanently or remove this service permanently, stop toying with yoir valued customers. Thankyou !
I’m never recommending this app unless the bugs are resolved.
Incompetent Developers + Lack of customer support
I opened my account two weeks ago and since two weeks I have not received one solution to access the app. Every other rep asks you to trouble shoot the same steps rather just clearly telling that the app is down. How can it take you guys weeks to get a simple featureless app running again?
This is very Sad and frustrating ABL.
Please don’t reply to my review asking me to text on facebook or email you, I have emailed 3 days ago with no response.

Worst application.
I regret to express my disappointment with the current functionality of the ABL mobile application. Despite repeated attempts to utilize its services, I have encountered persistent issues that hinder the completion of transactions.
Primarily, the application fails to execute transactions reliably, often displaying errors and preventing successful transfers or payments. Additionally, upon logging in, I frequently encounter the message indicating "no account available," which further complicates the process and restricts access to essential banking features.
As a loyal customer of ALLIED BANK, I had anticipated a seamless and efficient mobile banking experience. However, the recurring technical glitches and system errors have significantly undermined my confidence in the application's reliability and usability.
I urge the development team at ALLIED BANK to prioritize addressing these critical issues to ensure that customers can access and utilize mobile banking services without interruption or frustration. Enhancing the application's performance and stability is paramount to maintaining customer satisfaction and trust in the brand.
In conclusion, I hope that my feedback serves as constructive criticism to facilitate the improvement of the ABL mobile application. As a valued customer, I look forward to witnessing positive changes that enhance the overall banking experience.
