Not a stable app

The app is not stable create number of problems. Initially I used it through chrome on my desktop, after use of couple of days the web page didn’t allow me to login properly. I receive message on my mobile phone that you are login but the chrome shows me an error message. When I close the page and log in again it allows me without asking any user name and password. On edge this problem does not occur. Now I install the app on my iPad, here it shows different problem. The app struck and keep on showing the opening page again and again. I uninstall and install it again, it works properly for couple of days and then struck once again. I again re-install it but after couple of days it struck once again. Now I am fed up with this non sense behavior.

A constantly improving banking app

I am an Allied Bank Account Holder since the last 6 years and a regular user of their banking app ever since it was introduced.
There were many glitches and frequent crashes in the initial months of development, but I have to say that ever since the new updates have been coming in, the app has shown a tremendous improvement.
Hats off to the developers who are working for this continuous betterment.

Registration issues

Trying to register sine last one day. System is unable to register and every time you get same same message Request cannot be processed Please try later.
Ever time you punch in your complete details including card details and password This not only wastes a lot of time and can also lead to breach of card/ account security
Help line/ customer care only advises you to jump from one browser to other Difficult to understand why they are maintaining such sluggish system Really disappointing Whereas banks like Askari, Meezan are very efficiently doing this and their customer support immediately responds to client requests
