Family Hifazat is a product of Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi. It provides patients’ access to their personal health records through a web portal and mobile applications.
The Family Hifazat “Patient Portal” is secure, confidential and easy to use web portal & mobile apps to provide AKUH patients 24-hour access to their personal health records including diagnostic results, imaging, medications, vaccines, clinical appointments and discharge summaries.

Login problem
After updating app, now application asking for membership ID instead of MR number . Before update I was login onto MR number now it’s asking for membership number to login. How to get membership number
Improvement
The app should be added with a feature which allows users to put in their family members’ MR numbers also, and hence access simultaneously the whole family’s record at a time, within a single card number.

My overall experience for this app is very useful its very user friendly and also one thing which i liked the most is reports section which are easily accessible within a minute. Great work guys 👍🏻
