Faisal Bank has been working really hard on this application and this can be seen by the change in the interface and how much convenient they have made it to use it. It’s really great how Bank take their things seriously and I was quite obliged when I receive a call today from Muhammad Imran, who was quite keen to ask about this application and if I am facing any issues or not, this is a great initiative for the feedback and how things are taken seriously, and I really appreciate it

I was using this bank from many years after their new update I can’t login I tried 100 times I called them 100 times I wasted many days to told their customer helplines I went to the bank physical but they said tell us your phone version tell us from how many times you are using this phone delete this app again install after 24 hours you can login It's been two months now but they didn’t solve my problem now I am not in Pakistan my all transaction are stopped due to their cheap new version trust me guys if you’re planning to join this bank first go and open a new bank account in other bank their bank employees in branches also very unhelpful peoples you will just waste your time when i will be in Pakistan first thing which i will do i will delete my account from their bank That’s all .

I’ve been using faysal bank for quite some years now. Tried their old version and this new version as well. It worked for some time but after few days it stops working and I’m unable to send any transactions or receive any. I have logged many complaints but the incompetent developer and support team are not even able to handle a complaint. They will ask you same questions again and again after spending 5 business days in support email like what’s your phone version, app version, when did it last happened. I have been following up a complaint with them it took 1 month but still they were not able to solve my complaint but instead asking same automated questions email just to waste time as they didn’t had the solution.They don’t even deserve 1 star.

This used to be a reliable banking app, but the latest update has completely ruined it. I can’t log in using my fingerprint anymore, and I’m not receiving OTPs either, which means I’m totally locked out of my own bank account. I’ve tried everything — reinstalling the app, clearing cache, restarting my phone — nothing works.This isn’t just a small bug. It’s a complete failure of basic functionality in a banking app, where stability and security are absolutely critical. What’s worse is how poorly this update was handled — it feels like it was pushed out without proper testing. It’s honestly shocking how incompetent the development team must be to release an update that breaks core login features.An app that deals with people’s money and personal information shouldn’t be this careless. The previous version worked perfectly fine, and this update has done nothing but create frustration, inconvenience, and anxiety. I now have to waste time contacting customer support just to access my own funds.Fix this mess urgently, and in the future, make sure updates are actually tested before releasing them. Completely unacceptable
