Wrong password error

I am unable to login my account through the app since its updated. I am using my account through the web since one and a half year. I have complained several times about it but no one has responded or directed in the right direction. With the same password I am getting my account login through the web but when it comes to the app it says incorrect password and if I try it for three times my account gets blocked and then it would need to verified via call centre.

Open an account Bug

Being a software engineer It’s very frustrating that how this app is an absolute nightmare for me since day 1.
I already have login details which I got after availing credit card but when I login and click the button open an account now white page appears and nothing else.
Secondly when I click open an account without logging in it says login to autocomplete details 😂 when I login there is no going back and also how can I click notification when I am already in app. How do I generate offline pin when I am already inside the app in a totally different screen that too without back or cross button. If you need user experience advice I am available give me a ping. Your login time is and response time of APIs is slow please work on it and also the things that I mentioned above.

You may write us at along with complete details and Case #1446495 or you may also contact us at Client Care unit : +92-21-111-002-002 / +92-42-111-002-002, to log concern for investigation. However, would like to inform you that exisiting customers can not apply for Digital Account, only new to Bank customers can apply for digital account (who do not have any relationship with the Bank). Furthermore, would like to inform you that Offline PIN generation is required while logging on another device and it will be generated without logging in SC Mobile App, it can not be generated after logging SC Mobile App. To generate Offline PIN, (to login on another device) requires to logout SC Mobile App, if SC Mobile App is in log in status.

Poorly designed app for multi-Account use

This app assumes that you will have only one account with the bank. There is no way to manage two accounts let’s say a personal and a business account on the same app. Face recognition is flawed and if you enable on one account and login in to the other it automatically disables the recognition on the first account even though both accounts have separate IDs. Even worse, SC recently launched a ‘soft key’ feature which now doesn’t even allow me to log in to the 2nd account. It says a mobile key is already generated on this device by another user. It asks me to register key on another device which means I have to get a new phone. This is so pathetic and an extremely poor design from user experience perspective. Please FIX.

Hello, we regret for an inconveneince caused. however, a business account and personal account both have different credentials and relationships with Bank thus one SC Mobile App credentials will not show another account details on same online credentials. Furthermore, SC Mobile Key allows only account on one device to be logged in for security purpose, you may disabled SC Mobile Key from Client Care Unit +92-21-111-002-002 and proceed both accounts login on same device.
