Unable to Change Default Autofilled Contact Number

When scanning POS receipts, I initially added a contact number, but now it automatically fills in every time I scan a receipt. Unfortunately, that contact is no longer in use, and I need to update it so a new contact is autofilled instead. I’ve tried contacting FBR, visiting their offices, and submitting multiple complaints through the Tax Assan app, but I’ve had no success so far. Can you please guide me on how to resolve this?

I am using iPhone 5 SE with a display size of almost 4 inches and main dashboard screen is not scrolling or getting completely fit to screen as I was unable to access the “Login Authentication Button” feature. Kindly resolve this bug asap. Overall experience is good. Thank you in advance.

This is the Application of Pakistan’s Federal entity designed to cater for billions of ruppees.It seems like it has been created by some amateur teying to learn app making. And as usual with govt entities, they have not bothered tonprovide any communication channels with the service user.For example:-1. If you have already started a tax return, and later you find you were in wrong category and want to start new one, the system won’t allow you by saying you have already completed or started another one. Now if you want to delete the previous one; you can’t Non one knows where it would be.2. If you want to contact your tax return officer or anyone in fbr, there is Nothing mentioned.3. It’s very generalized and for the general public, not user friendly

Thanks for the concern you have shown here. If you are aware of Govt. Entities Business Processes, then you must know that are some resiliences in terms of requirements. So Developers have to follow those rules. As far as change of Mind in case Return filing is concerned, there helpline of FBR is accessible through email as well on call for guidance as per willingness. Lastly, yes this app is meant for general public as not every user is too techy and this app is being used by large number of users. UI may not be that friendly. We are working for improvement. You can share your suggestions at apps@fbr.gov.pk.
