Opening of new Account

When I heard that Meezan bank starts its digital account opening service, I used it and it is too good anci convenient for me to open an account by sitting at home. I love this service and hope to have good services related online transactions and other in future too.

Not user friendly at all.

Application’s user interface is not user friendly. It looks like a web view application. Server side is too much slow. I am an iOS application developer with a decade of development experience and it’s difficult for me to get to the last step after multiple tries. I wonder how much painful and difficult for normal users. In my first try i didn’t saw anything other than education level selection on a screen and the next button was disabled even after selecting education in the second try there were more options at the same screen. Biometric failed. Form validations are stupidly handled. Placeholder text not available. To sum up its a trash.

Account Registration

I have been trying to register my self through this app but unfortunately i have been trying from last two days but still i am unable to complete my application. The app is too slow sometime they would not share otp instantly on your phone amd the token will expire and if you got the opt then after scanning process of your ID card would tak hours and when you’ll be successful for scanning your id card then you’ll come to know that your token is expired and you have to follow steps from scratch. Worst expereince
