Smarter One-Stop Financial App
It seems like this app is more intelligent than I initially thought. At first glance, it appears to be a basic financial tool, but once you delve into its features, you realize its potential for streamlining payments, investments, and overall financial management. Having a one-stop shop like Zindigi as my primary bank could greatly enhance the efficiency of handling various aspects of my financial life. I'm hopeful that it continues to improve and evolve over time.
Worst service ever
Worst experience ever they just want to scam you and cut all payments through different scenarios. They have been doing this with me for a very long time and when i post a review about them they simply excuse asks you to please remove the review and we will fix it. They will block your card without informing you as if you are the one doing some illegal activity, but because of their low and unprofessional staff they don’t know any thing about international transactions. They can’t even differentiate between US dollars and rupees like what the hell. They block all my transactions for a month and in the end they apologies. I have talked to their head supervisor and she told me that I won’t face any problem now. But Now i tried to enter my card for an international transaction and guess what my card was declined. You want us to accept the card for only use it for domestic transactions. Pathetic company.

Bad service
Really bad service I was ordered my master debit card it shows clearly in app which card I order to them but after one day a notification pop ups and its shows that you have a problem in your address we can not process your order for address issues. I contact from there agents in chat or message section then the agent told me that we will proceed your request and when I check my card section it shows PayPak card I describe him every think but they said that you ordered PayPak card and we can not refund your amount if you cancel aur block your card. If we contact them in message section the response time is very slow they have non professional attitude virtual cards not active every time I try to explore the apps every option said unable to process your request at this time same situation is there in js bank bvs app totally useless.
