JS Mobile 4+

Overall I am happy with the JS app experience but sometimes I need to make payments on challans of university like GIKI but there is no option of 1Bill Top-Up anywhere in JS app. I had to use HBL app for 1Bill top up. Please add this feature in the app and payment of utility bills through credit card from the app.

This app is good but it’s too slow, sometimes it doesn’t download the receipt of the payment , all its says is that we have received your request and you will get a confirmation sms shortly, now if i transfer money to someone i cannot share a receipt with them and they won’t accept my sms as sms could be easily altered. Secondly if you make a transfer to a payee it does not pick up the original account holders name, instead it shows the alias and trust me alias we give can sometimes be very funny.
So please make these couple of changes, like the good old app where we could easily download the receipt of payment and upon payment the app would pick up the original account holder’s name, that would be appreciated. (The older apps were far better then these new ones).

I’ve been trying to add a beneficiary to my account for over a month now, but the app keeps failing and nobody at customer support seems to have a clue about how to fix it. I’ve contacted them multiple times, but all I get are generic responses and no real solution. The app is glitchy and the support is absolutely useless. It’s been a nightmare trying to use app and I’ve wasted hours with no progress. This is by far the most frustrating and inefficient banking app I’ve ever used. Absolutely pathetic service! Would NOT recommend to anyone.
