I've been using SadaPay since its very early days and I'm proud to have a Founder's Edition black card. It's been my main bank for almost three years now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer compared to the trash local banks we're used to in Pakistan.
One of the biggest perks has been the lack of hidden fees. With local banks, it always feels like they're looking for ways to charge you extra, but SadaPay has been refreshingly transparent. Plus, the customer support is top-notch. Anytime I've had an issue, they've been quick to respond and resolve it.
Overall, I would definitely recommend SadaPay to anyone looking for a better banking experience in Pakistan. It's reliable, efficient, and has made managing my finances so much easier. If you're tired of the hassle that comes with traditional banks, give SadaPay a try – you won’t regret it.
A Pathetic app
My account was showing an error with the current balance, so I reported it to their help center. They assured me it would be resolved within 2-3 working days. However, after two days, my account was temporarily restricted, and they accused me of conducting illegal transactions. I contacted the help center again, but they weren’t responding properly. I then reached out via Instagram, and at first, they claimed my account didn’t exist. After I insisted it did, they asked me to fill out a form to retrieve my funds.
I filled out the form, but they then requested an FRC (Family Registration Certificate). I told them I couldn’t provide it because I don’t have an FRC, and they told me to contact the help center again through the application. At this point, I was frustrated because I had already been trying to get help through their help center without success.
Their responses felt like a series of petty games—they weren’t helpful, didn’t acknowledge the issue properly, and kept passing me around in circles. This behavior is incredibly unprofessional. How can they withhold someone’s hard-earned money and handle such situations so poorly? Their lack of proper communication and accountability is unacceptable.
Sadapay: horrible customer service
I made a sadapay account because I wanted a mediatory between my main bank account when shop online and I thought they would be far more efficient with dealing with the problems that often come up with online shopping. I was wrong.
I have been left less then impressed by their customer service. They don’t have physical offices so one would think they would have enough customer representatives to take on queries. But it seems like they have three people manning the helpline. No one pickups up their phone helpline and their chat option is very frustrating. It takes Half an hour to receive a unsatisfactory answers to your simple straightforward query and they keep you on hold throughout, my normal bank would have responded to the query in 5 minutes. They need to become more efficient if they want to compete with the mainstream brick and mortar bank, I really don’t see myself using my account as frequently as I thought I would.
