Device Lock Issue
I called the customer services and they told me that we have your device showing unblocked while I have the device when I open my account I get a device blocking error alert message pops up. Shown above is the attachment I sent you in the previous email. And it's not like someone logged into my app on my mobile because my mobile is iPhone 13 Pro Max and it has a screen lock.
Kindly solve this my issue as soon as possible because I have to transfer salary to my apps so please resolve my issue and if there are any technical issues from the app then kindly resolve them as soon as possible.

Poor Customer Service outside Country
Dear Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the level of customer service provided by your bank. Despite being outside the country, I have encountered an issue with my credit card and have been attempting to reach your customer support team for assistance. However, to my dismay, no one has been available to address my concerns, and my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of responsiveness is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the bank's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a valued customer, I expect timely and reliable support, especially when facing urgent matters regarding my credit card. I urgently require assistance with my debit card concern, and I kindly request that you take immediate action to ensure that your customer support team is readily available and responsive to customer inquiries. It is essential that you provide a reliable channel of communication to address customer issues promptly. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Always Down Terrible Experience
So it’s been the third consecutive day I have been trying to access the app and it says “Our service can not be accessed” I have a fully working internet connection.
The app has some extremely weird sign up process as well, like why do I have to click on “Forget password” to set up a password for a new account? Why does the app generates a weirdly long user name for me? Why can’t I just sign up normally like on any other app where I have the liberty to choose my own user name, like in any other application that exists. And why do I have to call the UBL app to activate features on my app? Like why can’t you just activate them when someone creates an account? This app just has so many meaningless restrictions which no other banking app has and they work a lot more smoother then this app, just take Meezan bank’s application as an example.
As a developer my self I have had so many troubles with this app and I will suggest that you look into all these matters and make the user experience better.
