issue with the fingerprint option
In the new update the fingerprint option has been overlayed with the RDA account link, every time I try to log in with my fingerprint it pops open the link to the RDA account information, the previous version was better which had a clearly demarcated place for the fingerprint option, I would really like to have that back.
Overall it’s a great app I’ve never run into any problems on it until now. Please take this into consideration and change the design, thank you.

Extremely poor quality services.
- During the last week of Ramzan, I transferred funds to my Brother, he didn't get it but the amount was debited from my account, I complained by calling the world's most unprofessional & untrained staff, I was told that the amount would be credited back to my account within 5-10 working days, it's been over 14 working days since then & still no progress has been made regarding that.
- Worst material used in debit cards, it gets useless within 3 months just due to inserting or swiping the card.
- Last 3 days, 3 updates have been made to this pathetic app, I have to transfer funds for my nephew's fees, & this app asks me to "Update the app" even after being updated twice.

Fingerprint option overlay
I would like to draw attention towards latest update glitch where both Fingerprint and Quickpin options are overlayed by RDA account and Digital Account and makinh it unable to use both options.
This app is one of the best banking apps however this glitch is making it so hard to login as I have to enter password everytime
