Unable to recover my account not atm is working
Its been 3months my atm is active but not working it does not withdraw cash nor app is opening i call bop multiple time hence bop is never to be recomended
Pathetic mobile app, should fire your whole IT team
Cant add beneficiary, you should check yourself where the error is.
Can't login on first attempts shows error about connection.
Can't go back if by mistake someone chooses cc benifits. What a pathetic piece of work those who approved this app should be fired too.
Unable to Enter OTP
Such a Bad experience with BOP along with its app. I will not recommend to use their app its more than 5 month that i am not able to enter OTP in the input field. After 4-5 month still BOP IT team didn’t fixed this issue
