Account not unblocked after some time when i entered wrong password. Unable to attach new account
I have two accounts one is old and other is new one on new bop account transactions processed only through rast id of beneficiary not on their bank accounts.i am unable to link new account to this default account its again move to old one. 2nd issue digibop app not openings after wrong try they said block it will open after sometime but issue remain persistent still one month.
Internet is working but app showing error connectivity issue
It has been last 5 hours, im trying to logged but showing network connectivity issue. I check the app update status and it’s already updated. Im Very frustrating. I also used other bank apps but this one is worst than others.
Worst App Ever
Whenever I try to login, it takes at least one hour to login because it keeps on giving random errors like network or incorrect password and it doesn’t even process the Face ID even if applied like 100 times. Slow af processing, bad UI and UX, doesn’t work if a lot of people are using it simultaneously!
