Very professional, responsive, polite staff
These people definitely take their customers and their business seriously. This has to be THE best online shopping experience i ever had in pakistan. Just like how it should anywhere in the overseas. Their customer service is extremely professional, highly responsive, very kind, soft spoken, well spoken. They acknowledge their mistakes, always ask for feedbacks & try to solve your issues then and there. They know how to keep their customers happy and business going. Grocer definitely has a long way to go. I believe that in the long run grocer will leave foodpanda & pandamart behind because they have the worst customer service. Grocer is definitely keepin their business halal. Awesome staff & customer service. May Allah bless these guys. Ameen. They made my life so much easier. I think nobody can match their professionalism, honesty sincerity, politeness & caliber when it comes to customer service in pakistan.
Unprofessional customer services
I was one of the happy customer of this app but gradually their services are getting down and down. I have always issue with order, services specially customer service they only have answer we inform our team and feedback and no action at all. I would not recommend to any one to use this platefarm where customer services is almost

Very unprofessional manager. First rider cancel my order because I was paying advance with my debit card and by doing this I was getting 20% cash back. They deliberately cancel my first order and then I order again and choose Cash in delivery order came in time delivery boy was nice and everything was fine. I do not recommend anyone to use credit/Debit card in their app. And their customer support is pathetic. They offer time slots but do not follow them. Your order comes when it comes nothing to do with time whatever time slot you select. I think 5 stars ratings are also fake. They might pay people to give them 5 star rating. Very desi way of doing business. Time and commitment is not the things they value. Overall review. Not recommended.
