Jazzcash always shows try some moments later

I have been using Jazzcash since it started in Pakistan. Now as I trust this app for transactions i have been using it since a long time but now at sending more than 10,000/- it shows a message Try sometime later? What is this? You guys don’t let me send my money from my jazzcash account to another bank account? When I decrease money from 50k/30k to 10k then it doesn’t show any error? Does error occurs only when withdrawing more than 10,000 rupees?
I request you to settle this issue otherwise I will ask my all customers to change/switch to another transaction/bank app.

Few Suggestions

1- After transactions JazzCash provide receipt as an image and ask us to save, and there is no receipt in the form of email notification, its always almost impossible to search for receipt after some time if required in the photo gallery.
Receipt copy should be forwarded to registered email and if possible to the sender as well.

2-There must be an option of adding utility bill company, like PTCL,SNGPL and others as these are recurring transactions every month if we can add them it will be easy to perform the transactions.
Currently we can do it from transaction history tab, but there as there is not proper tagging or addtion of extra meta data option available if one submit two PTCL bills one month HE WILL not be able to differentiate which bill was gis and which was his friend or other family member bill,
So addition of few information like e.g HOME PTCL Or SHOP PTCL will be a very handy in recalling.

3- if for recuring utility bills if it automatically update the new bill as a paid or unpaid that will be a big bonus.

Worst app and service

I wanted to make an account due to some reason .. my number was telenor and I first signed up for the jazz cash account through app and they made me waited for 24hrs after that the process didn’t work. Then the franchise of Jazz said they cannot make an account on your telenor sim you have to visit main branch .. I visited the branch which is on NIPA and when they representative was creating my account she said error is coming which she had never before !!! Then she called the customer care of jazz cash and they had no clue whats the problem. In the end the guy said on the phone that your finger print is not matching the records please go to NADRA and update your record !!! Like wth dude Im just 23 and my fingerprints got rubbed off !! You people seriously need some good software engineer ..
