Worst experience
My AC gas was leaking due to a grill issue last year. I had it repaired at a local store, where they charged me for the gas, repair, and service. However, it stopped working after just a few months. Then I heard about the Mahir app and decided to try them, thinking they would be reliable and trustworthy, but the experience was even worse. I explained the previous issues to the technician and emphasized that I wanted a long-term fix. Instead of replacing the cooling grill, he did the same thing as the previous technician: he repaired it and refilled the gas, guaranteeing it would last for at least two seasons. Unfortunately, after just three months, the gas leaked again, and I'm facing the same issue. All invested money are lost. Instead for getting this service ai would rather replace my ac.

House Cleaning services
I hired them for deep cleaning services and highly disappointing
- They were not well equipped for cleaning the house (keep on asking for different things which were definitely not easily reacheable as we have just moved here and all the stuff is either packed or upside down) and I didn’t like the way they cleaned the house
Secondly, I have a newborn I have asked them to leave at 9pm (as they came at 9am) and come again tomorrow to complete rest of the cleaning to which they have refused and said we have other work as well and can’t come again (these services are availed to make life easy I guess, not difficult)
- I have specifically asked the inspector to bring 4 people along for cleaning but he just brought one person
- We discussed about services and amount already and I have asked them to help with moving some stuff and I will pay you 3k extra for it, and at the end I have paid 5k extra still he was asking more
Hiring professional services through companies mean we need professional behaviour if they will also behave like random sweepers then I guess paying this much for one day doesn’t make sense
