Although it’s a very good forum to doctors and patients but it’s been more than a week that I’m unable to open the forum section as soon as I open to look for questions from patients it crashes and also I’m not receiving any queries from the patients. Kindly please resolve the issue

I have contacted team multiple times on chat but everytime they message we will contavg you soon but never do.
I have applied as a doctor several times but they never accept your profile neither they call you back.
