Transfer Problem
Very bad experience! The biggest problem is sending money / funds to other banks. It takes 4 hours after adding a new beneficiary. It really causes embarrassment sometimes.
The other problem is sending money / funds to wallet accounts i.e.. Jazz Cash / Easy Pesa etc. You can not transfer more than 10k to these accounts even this 10k is also supposed to be sent in 2 portions (5k in each attempt). Online banking means faster transactions and mcb app too long.
Pakistan's worst banking app
This is my mother bank account she cannot go the bank evertime to send or recive payments so i though i could setup a banking app for her to recieve or send money like myself i use (myabl the bestbanking service provider) so as i downloaded his app first it forever to make the account which seems to acceptable but as soon i open the app it was't opening tried multiple times then redownloded after that miracle happened it started working, then it asks for fingerprint method without it you cannot have access to the account or see your total amount or savings . After that it took me 2 hours literlly i cannot believe i have never experienced something like this in my life as i am using different paki and foreign banking platforms. My mother cannot spend hours just to check her payments and cannot even use this useless app. To someone reading this review if you are a customer of this bank please use different bank system it will save your lot of time and trouble. As i have wasted my 10 minutes writing this review i will never use this app ever again in my life and will never recommend to someone. Please remove this app from play/app store if you cannot solve the issues or help your users atleast it will save alot of people time.
Worst banking app ever
Everytime you change a device you have to make a whole new online account in order to log in, which is an extremely inconvenient and difficult process itself. Once you open the account, they ask you to do fingerprint verification, which is almost impossible to get right through the camera and it won’t open your account until you do that. Once you exceed the limit because the app can’t get the fingerprints right, you have to go to the bank and do it all over again. I have never seen a worse banking application in my whole life. Fix the issues with the application and make it convenient to use or TAKE IT DOWN completely from the app-store and play store
