Too many changes in new version have spoiled it. Rewards option is not working now. Resubscribe option for packages has been taken out now. You have yo call on payment to helpline for resubscription of package of mbb and others if u want to resubscribe ur package before expiry date. Just another cheap gimik to earn money from us. Also editing profile info name doesnt get saved. When u open app again your last changes to profile are not saved there. Editing profile was helpful because i used to save expiry dates of packages along with names of family members there to view all in a glance. Now i have to go through their packages detail one by one. Perhaps zong wants us to forget package expiry dates so that our resources get depleted and we have to buy more resources from them. So bad tactic.

I m a developer myself, mostly their apis doesn’t work properly and this don't get proper refresh itself, and before anyone ask yes i did check my internet connection and it was working fine which is a 5G connection in my home. Recently I recharged my account with online banking from their app after confirming payment i don’t got any notification that i have purchased the balance I tried to refresh but it didn’t show me update information, so i purchase same amount of balance again and this time after some refreshing it did show me that ive purchased two times, at this point i still didn’t got any payment confirmation msgs or notifications. I thought i was my router issue so i turn off my wifi and turn on my sim internet and when i tried to get a package it didn’t let me and all my balance(1400) got blown away for just 300mb because i forgot that previously i was backup my files. I don’t recommend this rubbish and slow app. Now i m thinking of change my network because this isn’t the first time that this type of stupid thing happened to me.

Instead of adding new “features” which 90% individuals don’t use make a user friendly and platform friendly interface that’s enjoyable and easy to use. You guys are literally stuffing the app with useless features like it’s a turkey for thanks giving. Furthermore, the option of make your bundle is very useful but the limitations are completely illogical and unnecessary. Why can I only get 16gb data for a month at max and not more? Why is the minimum limit to 4 gb internet when creating a monthly bundle?

First of all thanks to zong team that at laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaast they upgraded the app to something that can be used. I was really fed up of the old version. I love 💕 the upgraded version it has a lot of improvements. First issue that I encountered with the latest version is that when i click on bundles from the bottom menu it keeps showing the loading. I am not able to see anything in bundles section except loading. Second I saved a city in my profile also mark my subscribed bundle as “favourite” but when I re-logged in means I logout and login again then no changes were saved. I have to save them again. It means that App is not saving data to any server instead it just uses the cache which is weird. Third I added two accounts when I jump into the second one it successfully take me to second account but when I try to re-jump back to first one, it gets logout and takes me to login screen.
