It’s a great app to start with. All the basic features are available. But if I add more than one number e.g. my own mobile and my MBB number then it doesn’t show my remaining balance or credit details of my mobile number but shows everything from the MBB.
You can also add notifications for new offers and stop sending promotional sms to the numbers with Zong app installed.
Update your App
App is too slow , not user friendly. There is no option to go back to home , you have to exit from app and start you app again to go back to home . Remaining Internet usage mbs is not providing exact information. It just tells your combined internet mbs .But it should tell that how much general internet mbs are remaining and how much only whatsapp, Facebook etc mbs remaining ! Very bad thing it is .
For example : if I have 2000 general mbs and 2000 whatsapp mbs , it will tell me that I have 4000 mbs remaining despite telling me that how much general and how much whatsapp !
This wasn’t expected from you zong .
Telenor App is much more better .
Needs much improvement
Very poor user interface. Poor graphics. App provides inaccurate brief history. It often tell “ no usage details on selected date” whereas there is. Remaining mobile data is shown in %age instead of numerically. No differentiation between on-net off-net minutes. Expiry date is not clearly mentioned.
Very high call rates
Please improve your customer services & app. A few months ago i was a Telenor use & migrated to ZONG but now I am regretting...
