Beware of Unauthorized Charges: Zong Live TV Review
Beware! Zong Live TV app is a textbook example of what not to do in the world of app development and user experience. Upon downloading the app and attempting to access live TV channels, I was prompted to sign up by entering my mobile number. Little did I know, this innocent step would result in a direct charge to my account without any confirmation or warning. Not only does Zong Live TV violate the App Store's policy by charging users without explicit consent, but it also fails to provide a straightforward method for unsubscribing. Despite receiving an SMS instructing me to navigate to the subscription tab within the app, no such tab exists. It's a frustrating experience that leaves users feeling cheated and deceived. This app not only breaches the trust of its users but also contravenes multiple App Store policies and PTA regulations. I urge others to steer clear of Zong Live TV and consider reporting such unethical practices to Apple and relevant authorities.
