I am attempting to retrieve my verification email; however, the system is not sending it to me. Despite checking my spam box and trying different email addresses, my efforts have been unsuccessful. Furthermore, I have attempted to resend the email after waiting for two minutes, but this has not yielded any results.

This app have issue that it take long time to capture face or finger prints but its good enough.
I spend 1 hour on first go and complete the process which is fair. It depends on how well you use this app. Here are few things which need to focus on while using.

General tips:
- Don’t do this by yourself help someone to capture for you.
- Follow app provided instructions on each step
- if person is old enough rub his/her fingers to make prints prominent
- use black or any dark cloth as background for fingerprints
- use good quality camera
- if screen stuck just change camera position up and down to replace don’t quit.
- first it will scan and then rescan all fingers to be patient.
- while use app try to under it.

Face capture:
- use back camra and place a while background to capture face and follow provided information on app

Fingerprinting:
- read instructions and scan. ideally left hand first and then right hand.
- For Thumb place you thumb as per mark in app.
- For fingers don’t try to place all fingers in required frame all at once you can focus one by one
- first place your finger as per bigger mark and then
There is a small circle which is not green initially when it gets green you just have to bring more close.
- it finds next finger by refrence of bigger mark so place hand accordingly

It actually took me & my spouse less than 10 minutes to enroll for Hajj-2022. I think the MOFA-KSA, has done a wonderful job by providing this App to the Hajj applicants. Easy download & user friendly App has successfully removed a lot many bottle necks & has facilitated the Hajj aspirants to enroll themselves freely without any problems. I strongly appreciate the efforts of MOFA-KSA and wish them success in their future endeavours.
