2-wheelers review - scooters in Cracow
This app is becoming a joke. Location accuracy of the scooter is so bad I have to spend extra 5 minutes to park it in an area outside of the P zone so that the app allows me to park. Of course I’m paying for this time, which is equivalent to what I’ve driven!! The update with available parking slots is also apparently glitching as it shows 1 free parking slot and in one single moment there are none, even though no one parked near me! So again I have to spend extra time to go to another parking. This time that’s it for me with Bolt scooters, and I am switching to other options. I’m leaving this review on AppStore as I feel this update and location accuracy issues are made on purpose to increase the average bill amount. I’d rather pay an increased base price than deal with unexpected expenses and inconveniences like those!
this service has hit rock bottom in terms of customers
many questions to the support service. the driver stupidly broke all the rules. started the trip standing on the 2nd side of the road. the paid waiting time started before the driver came to me. then it turned out that the driver's trunk was full of junk and I couldn't put my 2 suitcases in there. the driver refused to cancel the trip, and the support service said that it was my problem. Apparently, in their opinion, I should go and leave everything at the station. Moreover, the suitcases are not even of medium size. this service has hit rock bottom in relation to customers and it's not the first time... we all know very well how terrible drivers behave from the bolt but now the support service stupidly abandons their customers... rock bottom. багато питань до служби підтримки. водій тупо порушив всі правила. почав поіздку ставши з 2 боку дороги. платний час очікування почався раніше ніж водій приіхав до мене. потім виявилося що багажник у водія завалений хламом і я не змогла покласти туди своі 2 чемодани. водій відмовився скасувати поіздку а служба підтримки сказала що це моя проблема.видно на їх думку я мала би поїхати і лишити все на вокзалі. При чому чемодани навіть не середнього розміру. ця служба пробила дно в відношенні до клієнтів і це далеко не вперше… всі ми добре знаємо наскільки жахливо ведуть себе водії з болта але тепер служба підтримки тупо кидає своїх клієнтів… дно дніще.
This is a sad joke
I have ordered my food from the restaurant and I was waiting patiently just to get a notification that my courier decided not to deliver my food. Zero explanation zero contact with the courier NOTHING. I could not even contact Uber because guess what! This app does NOT have any customer service:) I have called the restaurant and they said that my food was being prepared and they can’t do anything because Uber was at fault so not only this app scammed me but the restaurant too. Just try to order food from other services as this one is not reliable with their couriers. This is not the only bad situation and I had many MANY other struggles with their workers but I decided to just suffer through it. Very often late and the time of the order is constantly moving so when they say “the latest it can be is xxx” they are lying. It moves so you can never know if they will ruin your plans. This was my last straw. The fact that your courier can just cancel your order for NO reason and you can’t get to customer service because it does not exist is ridiculous to say the least. I just hope I will get my money back and other than that I DO NOT RECOMMEND
