Candy simply-Fi App allows you to communicate with your appliance. Beside assisting in carrying out daily activities ""Candy simply-Fi"" increases functionality making your product or the set of products more intelligent and performing.
To take advantage from Candy simply-Fi functionality you need to acquire one or more appliances equipped with Candy Wi-Fi connected technology (Smart Fi+, Smart Fi) or Smart Touch) and a compatible device.(*)
Product range manageable via Candy simpy-Fi App includes Washing machines, Washerdryers, Tumble Dryers, Dishwashers, Refrigerators, Ovens, Hobs and Hoods.
With the integrated Demo mode you can explore most of the functionality of Candy simply-Fi App, before purchasing an appliance of the range.

Not really an app, just a website
App is not much more than a link to FAQ and instructions repository. Yes, with NFC you can reach to the statistics of the machine for the maintenance purposes. However no way to control or to have information about ongoing washing cycle. My machine does not show remaining washing time and I was hoping to see that in the app - no luck.
So all in all not much point in having this app.
Two points for professional design and that the app does what it is designed to do.

It is ok
Application is ok. There is much more programs than directly in machine and they are quite well explained. However, functionality Talking Candy is disappointing. Despite of the fact that just few languages are available, you need to know the proper wording and build proper questions. Otherwise you may not get the answer or instruction will be understood wrongly. For example for question” I would like to wash white delicate towels” I was asked: white or color? It occurred that for answer “no” next sentence was “sorry I did not get it”. Definitely it is not AI. Pity. Maybe in next generation.

Worst smart home app ever. Worse than Chinese no-names.
An underdeveloped app with a lot of bugs (e.g. the „local network access” bug which doesn’t let you open the app at all until you switch off its access to precise location). Using some options renders my dishwasher frozen - it doesn’t respond to what is selected with the app, but it also doesn’t respond to its touch buttons. I needed to make a hard reset 4 times until this ugly device became operational again. Whoever wrote and accepted this app and the dishwasher software, shouldn’t get paid at all. Worst app experience ever.
