Aplikacja Citi Mobile® umożliwia zarządzanie finansami - o każdej porze, gdziekolwiek jesteś. Intuicyjna nawigacja zapewnia wygodny dostęp do konta osobistego i karty kredytowej.

Do aplikacji zalogujesz się podając nazwę użytkownika i hasło, których używasz w Citibank Online lub korzystając z funkcji Touch ID i Face ID. Jeśli nie masz jeszcze dostępu do naszej bankowości internetowej, rejestracji możesz dokonać bezpośrednio w Citi Mobile.
Ponadto aplikacja umożliwia Ci korzystanie z mobilnej autoryzacji przy użyciu Citi Mobile Token.

Konto osobiste:
- informacje o saldzie i wykaz transakcji,
- dostęp do historii transakcji,
- przelewy zewnętrzne do nowych i zdefiniowanych odbiorców krajowych i zagranicznych (SWIFT, SEPA, Citibank Global Transfer),
- możliwość dodawania i edycji danych odbiorców przelewów,
- przelewy pomiędzy własnymi rachunkami,
- możliwość podłączenia karty płatniczej do wybranego konta,
- możliwość aktywacji nowej karty.

Karta kredytowa:
- możliwość aktywacji nowej karty,
- możliwość zmiany kodu PIN,
- wykaz transakcji oraz informacje o dostępnym kredycie i zadłużeniu,
- dostęp do historii transakcji,
- dostęp do wyciągów w formacie PDF za okres ostatnich 12 miesięcy,
- przelewy gotówki do zdefiniowanych i nowych odbiorców krajowych,
- spłata zadłużenia karty,
- pożyczka z karty w szybkim procesie online,
- możliwość rozkładania na raty wybranej kwoty zadłużenia z wyciągu lub transakcji powyżej 100 zł, dokonanych kartą kredytową (RRSO: 10,47%).

Zarządzanie lokatami:
- podgląd, otwieranie i zamykanie lokat.

Aplikacja Citi Mobile jest dedykowana wyłącznie klientom bankowości detalicznej, Banku Handlowego w Warszawie S.A. Treści udostępniane za pośrednictwem aplikacji Citi Mobile zostały stworzone wyłącznie dla lokalizacji, w której Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A działa i posiada licencję na prowadzenie działalności.

The Citi Mobile® application allows you to manage your finances, wherever you are, whenever you want. Intuitive navigation provides convenient access to all your personal accounts and credit cards.

You can log in to the app by entering your Citibank Online username and password or using the Touch ID or Face ID feature. Users who have not previously used our online banking can register directly in Citi Mobile®.
Additionally the app allows for the mobile authorisation with Citi Mobile Token.

A list of functionalities available in the Citi Mobile® application:

Personal account:
- information on the balance and a list of transactions, ,
- access to transaction history,
- external transfers to new and defined domestic and foreign accounts (SWIFT, SEPA, Citibank Global Transfer),
- the ability to add and manage the payees,
- transfers between own accounts,
- the possibility of linking your debit card to the selected account,
- possibility to activate a new card.

Credit card:
- possibility to activate a new card,
- ability to set or change PIN,
- list of transactions and information on available credit and balances,
- access to transaction history,
- access to PDF statements for the last 12 months,
- cash transfers to defined and new domestic payees,
- card debt repayment,
- loan from the card in a fast online process,
- possibility of converting into instalments a part of your outstanding balance or transactions above PLN 100, carried out with a credit card (EIR: 10,47%).

Deposit management:
- view, open, withdraw deposits.

Terrible App & Low Quality Service

I’ve been using Citi Bank in every countries where I’ve lived but the worst experience I have had is in Poland. Terrible service mindset for non-Polish speakers, very basic mobile app and of course, lack of features that the other banks provide. First of all, why don’t you have a dedicated English Customer Service reps for your foreigner clients? it’s 2019 but I’m still suffering from finding someone to talk about my transactions. Secondly, your mobile app is not meeting the customer expectations, it’s very old and does not provide all transactions that I can do in online banking, it’s not even full screen app, zero security on mobile app (no Face ID, no finger print), besides, your mobile notifications are not fitting the notification bar (iPhone X) so I can’t read what it is about. Finally, what takes that long with Apple Pay feature to use for Citi? Other banks are providing Blink, other payment methods and Apple Pay... what about citi in Poland? Only Google Pay? It’s 2019!! People who are choosing you should be satisfied with your innovative and customer satisfying services. I am personally searching for other options to change my bank because of your approach.

Citi Handlowy App

Overtime the app got less useful. Functions don’t work anymore in the app. For example: linking my debit card to a bank account and reviewing payees.
Basically the only thing I can do with the app is only make payments and have a savings account.
Something what bothers me basically since I have Citibank is that there is little amount of information in the transactions made. And when transactions are “blocked” there is no info available at all. Basically just the date.
I like the fact that Citi is international, but as their app is not user friendly, I’ll keep my main banking activities with a competitor of Citi and might leave Citi in the end. When the app was working “better” in the past I was considering to move to Citi completely as I’m also not 100% satisfied with my main bank, but I came back from that decision.

Huge disappointment

After 8 years with citi I have just moved my salary income to other bank all because this new app. App refuses to login every first attempt. Out of sudden this week I was unable to confirm Web transaction via SMS it asked for token. Installation of token was failing for 1h on iPhone XS max. After 1 hour I was able to install token but its usage is far from intuitive. Faceid login works only sometimes. Unable to see full account number in app, this is security via obscurity! All the security is making user life only harder with all app failures and errors. If I have to Enter full pass multiple times it rises risk somebody will see it and does not increase security!
