Jeżeli masz konto osobiste:
- aktywujesz nową kartę,
- podejrzysz i skopiujesz numer rachunku
- edytujesz kod PIN,
- zapłacisz kodem BLIK,
- wymienisz walutę 24/7 w Citi Kantor,
- sprawdzisz saldo i historię transakcji,
- zlecisz przelew,
- włączysz bezpłatną usługę Citibank Global Wallet, dzięki której możesz płacić bez kosztów przewalutowania (karta debetowa sama inteligentnie wybierze walutę transakcji),
- otworzysz rachunek walutowy w aż 13 walutach,
- otworzysz i zamkniesz lokatę.

Jeżeli masz kartę kredytową:
- aktywujesz nową kartę,
- aktywujesz elektroniczną kartę kredytową, jeszcze zanim dotrze fizyczna wersja (tylko dla nowych Klientów),
- podejrzysz i skopiujesz numer rachunku karty,
- zmienisz kod PIN,
- zapłacisz kodem BLIK,
- sprawdzisz wykaz transakcji, dostępny kredyt i zadłużenie,
- pobierzesz wyciągi za ostatnie 12 miesięcy,
- spłacisz zadłużenie karty.

Aplikacja Citi Mobile jest dedykowana wyłącznie klientom bankowości detalicznej Banku Handlowego w Warszawie S.A. Treści udostępniane za pośrednictwem aplikacji zostały stworzone wyłącznie dla lokalizacji, w której Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A działa i posiada licencję na prowadzenie działalności.

Citi Mobile® allows you to manage finances, wherever you are, whenever you want.
Your transactions are safe thanks to mobile authorization with Citi Mobile Token Pin and push notifications which inform you about every operation on your account or card.

You can log in to the app by entering Citibank Online username and password or using the fingerprint. Users who have not previously used our online banking can register directly in Citi Mobile.

Guys you need to do better

Hello, I am switching from another bank to Citi handlowy but guys the app really is old style and is just not intuitive. Is even not possible to see the bank account number if I want to share it with someone in order to receive a transfer: for that I m forced to enter into website and copy from there.
The UI is old, and you guys need to take actions because nowadays everything is done through apps. I am trying to write a constructive review so can really make the app more modern and more comprehensive. Bank itself is good, but app, nowadays is the face of the bank, and you don’t want to show a 10 years old UI to a new customer.

Does not meet consumer needs

I reported my lost card on the web and it was automatically cancelled and renewed with the new one immediately and updated in my apple wallet. I was so surprised that Citi bank has done some enhancement. But looks like I can’t use the card. I am since 4-5 days blocked from any payment, I am freeze from all my purchases from all ways. I am calling the call center and waiting in the queue to find someone who speak English. They confirmed that the new system is not supporting card/payment activation and should be done when I receive the physical payment. And on top they mentioned that will be delays in receiving physical card due to holidays. I have faced even before situation from Citi bank without success but this time is too much and especially their customer service 👎. Definitely will look for another bank now.

Awful application

Well in the world there are so many apps of banking, which Citi is not really following.

The user interface is awful and oldschool, some reasons:

1) Cannot see any spending statistics with categories (both pie/charts, whatever)
2) to make a transfer from the bank app, after login in with face id, Citi asks for password again in the app, easier to use via browser via phone, only option to send money is BLIK per number
3) There is no any info about special offers/promo, etc. like Mastercard, special offers for Citi card holder
4) No clear tariffs when you send money to 3d country or even with express send, app ask you to go to the pdf file where I need to spent my time to find an info, I do not care, I want see based on amount I send money and data the clear amount of commission in the moment, if I will want to see details why exactly this amount I will go to pdf -> the picture is not clear and transparent. For me this scheme is like bank tries to get fee of fee based on fee -> I use another bank app :)

Concluding, the bank it self is quite safe on international level, but app and UI/UX is from 2008, if you want nice interface app for easy track this is not good app at all, for safe bank it is fine ;)
