Jeżeli masz konto osobiste:
- aktywujesz nową kartę,
- podejrzysz i skopiujesz numer rachunku
- edytujesz kod PIN,
- zapłacisz kodem BLIK,
- wymienisz walutę 24/7 w Citi Kantor,
- sprawdzisz saldo i historię transakcji,
- zlecisz przelew,
- włączysz bezpłatną usługę Citibank Global Wallet, dzięki której możesz płacić bez kosztów przewalutowania (karta debetowa sama inteligentnie wybierze walutę transakcji),
- otworzysz rachunek walutowy w aż 13 walutach,
- otworzysz i zamkniesz lokatę.
Jeżeli masz kartę kredytową:
- aktywujesz nową kartę,
- aktywujesz elektroniczną kartę kredytową, jeszcze zanim dotrze fizyczna wersja (tylko dla nowych Klientów),
- podejrzysz i skopiujesz numer rachunku karty,
- zmienisz kod PIN,
- zapłacisz kodem BLIK,
- sprawdzisz wykaz transakcji, dostępny kredyt i zadłużenie,
- pobierzesz wyciągi za ostatnie 12 miesięcy,
- spłacisz zadłużenie karty.
Aplikacja Citi Mobile jest dedykowana wyłącznie klientom bankowości detalicznej Banku Handlowego w Warszawie S.A. Treści udostępniane za pośrednictwem aplikacji zostały stworzone wyłącznie dla lokalizacji, w której Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A działa i posiada licencję na prowadzenie działalności.

Citi Mobile® allows you to manage finances, wherever you are, whenever you want.
Your transactions are safe thanks to mobile authorization with Citi Mobile Token Pin and push notifications which inform you about every operation on your account or card.
You can log in to the app by entering Citibank Online username and password or using the fingerprint. Users who have not previously used our online banking can register directly in Citi Mobile.

Ratings and Reviews
No access to Message Centre
The only way to contact the bank is via the message centre on the website. Then it’s necessary to continuously check back to see if there’s a response in the message centre box since no email or other notification is given. None of this antiquated functionality is included in the app so the only way to get a message or query to the bank is via the website. Poor service and needs urgently updating to a more functional system.

No user friendly
It’s either the app is confused or something went wrong in the back end. It kept saying my password was wrong even though it was correct, it had literally accepted the password prior to that. It then blocked my account and asked me to reset. When I reset to the password It was before it told me was wrong, it said “you cant use old passwords”. Ladies and gentlemen that was my first time resetting my password🙂so something is wrong somewhere.
That aside, when I want to get quick cash it asks me to use alphabets after typing my name and gives error after typing my IBAN despite everything being in order. It makes it impossible to execute this transfer. So what then is the point of having quick cash when I cant even make it past the first step.
This app always gives me stress when I try to do anything more than checking my balance. Fix your app!

Worst
I am working with 4 banks in Poland and this is the worst application so far. It is not possible to see IBAN number in the app. Not convenient to transfer money, you need to see your rivals doing these stuff with only a few clicks. Credit card transactions are pending for a long time in "waiting to be accounted" section. Only after a couple of days, you know what you owe to the bank. There is even provisional process for "CHECKING" accounts where your money is ALREADY in your account and there is no "credit" risk for the bank. If you used cash loan, your money is not automatically paid even if you have funds in your checking account. My credit installment had 1-day latency due to this and KRD score will be effected accordingly.. We are not expecting you to rediscover America, please focus at least on the basic areas.

Thank you for your opinion - we will take it into account. The full account number can only be found in the full version of Citibank Online. The time it takes for a card transaction to be posted does not depend on us, but on the recipient of the payment. Only after receiving confirmation from him the transaction is posted. When it comes to automatic loan repayment, you just need to set a standing order, preferably 1-2 days before the loan repayment date. You can do this on Citibank Online, in the Payments -> Standing Orders tab.
