Good apps good trainings

I like these trainings a lot, there is a nice variety of trainings to choose, totally will recommend it.
I would give a lot to be able to switch language in the app tho, I used to have it in English, after buying new subscription on the webpage it switched to Polish.

Carbs diet with poor instructions

The diet part looked very good in commercials but most of it doesn’t really work in the long run. Whether you want to get rid of lactose or not (I choose that I want it involved) still most recipes will be without lactose and based on plant milk (good luck finding one which is not high in sugar) and can be swapped to mostly other plant milk, sometimes buttermilk. Each day contain 45-50% carbs, no way to choose a plan with lower carbs. You can switch ingredients but it will not change the recipe (so figure on your own how to cook this part) not change the shopping list even after generating it again - you must reopen the whole app. The recipes are poorly written it just states what to add when and how to cut, nothing about time per each action (cooking, frying etc) so you have to Google it on your own if it’s 5 or 20 minutes. On the plus size it is very fast to prepare and some tastes good. Lots of trainings to choose from. Didn’t use the balance part not the community part as I have better alternatives for those.

Hi Allie9981! If your diet includes plant-based milk, you can use the swap feature you mentioned, and this change won't affect the recipe's content. Thank you for your suggestion regarding a lower-carb diet; we take all feedback into account when developing our app. Swapping ingredients/meals/the entire day's menu affects the shopping list, but you will need to regenerate it. my great daily plan

I love the application and daily plans which it provides to me. Dishes are very tasty, I can easy change a meal if I am not happy and I love an idea to have 5 meals per day. Meals are very easy to prepare and you can pack it to work or when you travel. I also work out. I have already tried many programmes and they are really great. Because I had a chance to meet Ania few times and I also came for a camp with her this application reminds me her and a great time which we had. In this application Ania prepared you everything to have an excallent body- healthy dishes and a proper training. The only what you need to do is to open it and do it! Trust me, it works.
