This game is just like on PC or PS4. In other words, it’s fantastic. Controls are very well designed I can see how much work the Reds put to make this game comfortable to play on mobile. When I saw first trailers and gameplays I was scared of playing this on my iPhone, I thought this is going to be playable only on tablets but God I didn’t know how wrong I was. Everything is perfectly scaled. I had a feeling like I was streaming my PC game. All information are clear and you can focus on what’s the most important, which is gameplay of course. But I have to add that graphics look gorgeous even on my iPhone 7 Plus. The only thing to repair is notification about getting GG from other players, it stays too long on the screen. Also I have a suggestion about playing with friends. I know it’s online game but most of the people will play this while they travel, many times outside their countries. So it would be great if this game had an option to play with friend only via Bluetooth. Just imagine how boring fly could turn into exciting battle.

After 3+ years of playing Hearthstone daily i finally quit for gwent’s beta and there’s no comming back! Not to mention how Gwent got better since then.Compared to HS it’s way more rewarding and less grindy, and most important there’s less RNG (random factors). When You lose You know exactly what went wrong and what You did wrong, not because your oponent highrolled or some random thing happened. You can literally win a game by bluffing and deciding whether to bleed your oponent and when to pass. The depth of this game is insane!Then on top of that You have achievements and premium cards that are just breathtaking! Kudos to devs and artists! ❤️

It all started with simple yet entertaining Gwent in the Witcher 3 game. Then stand alone Gwent game was released, more complex but still very entertaining and easy to understand and learn. Time passed. I returned now only to notice you try to make it more and more complex and confusing than before. Too many card types. Too many abilities and actions. You try to create more depth and more advanced mechanics but come on.. you will never reach Magic The Gathering cult level, you only cause this game to be too complex and too difficult to learn and play. I came back only to realize it’s better to go back to Shadow Era or other TCG that also grow but even after hundreds updates their mechanics are still easy to catch up and just play instead of spending hours trying to understand it like here. Sorry. Pass.
Great game but the app is buggy

The game itself is 5/5 - no doubt about it. Exceptional climate, community and developers who provide new content all the time.What frustrates me in this app is that I often need to restart my M1 Macbook in order to get it to respond to mouse clicking. This bug has been there for at least a couple of months now and I hope it will be fixed soon.Another issue I have is that the app doesn't reconnect properly. Often even when I lose the connection to the server for whatever reason even for a second, I just lose a game which is annoying in the ranked mode.I think that both of the issues I mentioned are fixable and once they are fixed I will update my review to 5/5 which is what this wonderful game deserves.
The brand new Update 11.10 brings changes tocards and implements the Balance Council, an in-game voting system.
