The main reason I use this app is explanation. Almost from the beginning I can read about grammar or get other important informations. The repetitions are great too. Lessons are not long (few minutes), the order is logical and excercises are fun to do (writing, listening, speaking, translating, and more) - e.g. there's a "learn Korean with K-drama" section. We can help others (and befriend them) by correcting their works. We've got points/stars so we can compete with others in Leagues. There's a free version where you have to watch commercials to unlock a lesson, and a premium (paid) without ads, where you can skip lessons and choose which one you feel like doing (in the free one you have to do them one by one).

I bought premium app for one year in a promotion price 100,00 zł. I was using app for few months. It was great and the best which I have ever use, but I stopped learning. I was very dissapointed when after year I saw on my bank account 200,00 zł less. I write to Busuu that i want resing but they said that it is too late and I cant do this. I know that i should resign before time was up but if busuu Just only send me an e-mail that time is ending and they will renew my subscription as another trusted companys do this. Most notably I had to pay 100% more than I payed year ago. If I would know that the price will cost 50$ I would never agree to subsribe premium version. Aplikacja do nauki języków jest świetna, jednak należy pamiętać o anulowaniu subskrypcji przed upływem terminu. Wykupiłam subskrypcje w promocji na rok za 100 zł, aplikacji używałam przez kilka miesięcy, po upływie roku na koncie zobAczylam pomniejszone saldo o 200zl! Subskrypcja została odnowiona automatycznie za standardowa kwotę. Kilka dni po zakończeniu subskrypcji napisałam do busuu prośbę o anulowanie subskrypcji i niepobieranie opłaty, jednak dostałam odmowę. Wystarczyło wysłać w maila przypominającego o zbliżającym się upływie terminu i obecnej kwocie subskrypcji (po roku czasu można zapomnieć), na pewno nie skorzystałabym z aplikacji na takich warunkach. W godnych zaufania aplikacjach są wysyłane takie maile.
