In the Erste app you’ll find everything you need for everyday banking: your account balance, transfers (including instant transfers and standing orders), your products, BLIK, Erste Open, the Erste Exchange, contactless payments, and the bank’s full offer.
Make the app your own. Tell us how we should address you and choose your wallpaper.
Stay private in public places. Tap the eye icon on the home screen to switch on Discreet Mode perfect for moments when you’re, for example, on a tram and don’t want others to see your balance.
Keep track of what’s happening on your account and card thanks to Alerts24 and quick balance preview.
Financial Coach gives you a clear chart of your spending and income, and in Subscriptions you can see how much you pay monthly across your services.
Price advisor shows you how close you are to paying 0 PLN for the Smart Account and your monthly card fee.
In the app you can also check your card details, pay for parking or motorway tolls, buy public transport tickets, and top up games, movies, music or office apps.
You’ll also find information about your insurance, including policy numbers and coverage periods.
For even greater security, when activating the app we’ll ask you to enable mobile authorisation. You’ll confirm operations in the app and online banking with a 4 digit PIN, fingerprint or face recognition.
You log in to the app with one single login. On the login screen we show services linked to that account (e.g. quick preview, BLIK, tickets, parking), which is why multiple people cannot use the same app. If you need to use another login, you can do so in your mobile browser by logging in to online banking.
If you have a sole proprietorship and use Mini Firma online banking, you can use BLIK in the app: withdraw cash from BLIK enabled ATMs, make phone transfers and pay in stores without a card or cash.
The Erste app was previously called Santander mobile.

I would love to bring to the notice of the app developers a useful feature for the people who notice thier spending habits, who manages their finances seriously. To add an option to manually create categories to categorise the payments at the end of the payment or later in the transactions, this could help them calculate their finances habits without the use of an third party software or sheets. I know there’s an option named financial coach which is categorised automatically, which is 80% wrong,Hoping for an update🥹.Thank you,
Developer Response
Thank you for your opinion. We already have spending categories in electronic banking services. Expenditure categories in online banking are used to better manage your finances. They allow you to analyze your expenses, plan your budget, and save. They allow you to see how much you spend on specific items, such as food, transportation, entertainment, or bills, but not all expenses can be classified into a specific category.
Too crowded

Santander app has too much unnecessary logins and password checks right after I already logged into app Also some really useful things are available only at desktop version (like change limit or unblock card) And it’s getting worse. I’ve been using Santander app for more then 2 years, you just adding new logins not features Some words about bank security: it’s awful, my boyfriend’s data where sold and ignoring limits and two-step verification his money where stolen. Bank returned than, but… also supports work only in polish, only one support specialist on Sundays. But my personal card was twice blocked just after “big” purchases as bank decided. Thank you very much, but please, block mostly fraud transactions. And of course I can’t unblock my card one click in the app, I need to have a call with specialist. Terrible
Developer Response
Thank you for your opinion. Additional verification during login is necessary to ensure security. When it comes to blocking the card after larger payments, we use mechanisms to detect potentially unauthorized transactions. We plan to add the option to change transfer limits in the application.
This app is the only reason to quit the bank

1) I often use Mobilet integration, so please imagine the use case when I already logged in how am I supposed to trigger Mobilet? I need to close the app and open it once again. Considering the app performance, it takes too much time. 2) It’d be great to have a possibility to get virtual cards. 3) Please add tracking the expenses and categories. 4) In general visual design is not consistent and clear in comparison at least with the main competitors. I can’t get rid of the feeling that design components were taken randomly from different apps from 2005. The flows are not well-considered and require redundant steps and not intuitive. 5) Last but not least, “Alert 24” copy is a huge UX disaster. Fist of all, it doesn’t have any valuable info in push notification for me, and second, every time when I see it, I think that my account has been blocked or something like that.
App revamp is horrible!

New app is slow and sluggish. Design is very crowded, not user friendly. But the worst part is the complexity of each step that has increased! What used to take 2 clicks, now takes like 10! Also, login screen on ios does not give any feedback while using face id to log in to the app - so the user never knows whether he clicked face id button or not. Overall, from the best app on the market when it comes to banking, it became one of the worst... (I will never understand big corpos making unnecessary changes, as if they had too much money and decided to spend it somehow - and they decided to make a new app, even though the old one was PERFECT)The only positive thing about the update is that everything still works as intended when it comes to services offered.

Thank you for your feedback. We're listening to your voice and changing - so we've simplified the look of the screens and reduced the number of steps in domestic and international transfers. Be sure to let me know how you rate this change and the app as a whole. :)
In the latest version we’ve introduced the ability to:
• add a standing order after making a transfer or from transactions history,
• repeat a ZUS transfer from transactions history,
• add a favourite contact after making a transfer or from transactions history.
We’ve also introduced new shortcuts for business customers, making it easier to manage their products.
