All nice, but why a daily limit on Instant Discovery?

I am happy with most of the service. But... I bought a quite expensive Complete Access and I am given a possibility to make only 1 Instant Discovery per day? First you offer me 10 discoveries, but when I choose one of them automatically I need to wait to check the other ones? For this price, this is unfair.

I purchased a test, which came with a 1-month free trial automatically attached. After a month, 120 euros were suddenly charged to my account. This subscription wasn’t visible anywhere—in the App Store or in my MyHeritage app—so I had no idea that I would be charged after the trial period without my consent.I have been trying to contact support, but I can’t even submit a refund request. It keeps saying there was an error, even though other requests in the help section go through without issue. There’s no email available to write to either.I’m very disappointed with this approach to customers, and so far, this feels like a scam.

I have written to you several times. A kit was purchased, but there are still no results for it. The completion date was changed three times, and now it is simply missing. For three months, I have not received any response regarding the test results.I purchased a second kit with medical health testing. It was not even shipped to me at all!!!I was told that I needed to provide my information using a link. The link is broken!! It simply leads to the homepage of your website!!!Your support is useless. It keeps sending me in circles through stupid articles!!! It is impossible to reach a real person. The articles do not solve any problem. Nobody answers me anywhere!!You took money for two tests!! This app lacks an incredible amount of features (including the smallest things) that are available on the web page that I frequently resort to whenever I don’t have access to a computerThis app is read-only, editing is way too limited
