A good app but the customer support is non-existent

I wanted to find out for how long the app stores your recordings, whether it records them and sends it to your phone or keeps it in the cloud.So I have started a new chat, and typed in my question…SEVEN.WEEKS.AGO.The app says it has not even been opened yet.Don’t get me wrong, the app itself is great but it means nothing to me if I can’t get a clear answer about such an important thing.

So first thing you need to do here is give your phone number. Only then you get to know, that you have to pay (quite a lot) to even see what the app is capable. Without payment you cannot exit that purchase screen. Why you firstly make people GIVE you their personal details like number, and THEN inform about requirement of purchase? Horrible, not moral experience. PS. No, i will not pay 10$ monthly to see whether this app actually works. I tested 5 different ones and they didn't work, so before paying i have to know this one actually does.

Not practical app

Very poor user interface. To record an outgoing call first you have to call the dedicated number in your country and then make a second call to your contact. After successful connection you have to merge calls (conference call). Complicated process. I was unable to record incoming call. I suppose you need to do similar conference call as above.The app wants access to your contacts - I am not sure if this is necessary or it is spying. I don’t recommend.

The system is not recording, the support is now answering. It’s just scam for taking your money and not giving nothing back. Not recommending at all. The worts program I have ever had in my whole life.
