Smartest choice for ppl involved in a variety of shady things - hence wanting to stay ghosts, both security and privacy level are insane. It happens at the cost of connection stability - which is lame and sometimes really not helpful. Any other top-tier VPN is not even close to security Nord has - while priced almost the same - it brings to the table excellent bang for the buck. Straightforwardly, it will also do nicely for a regular up and ups. Vouch!

Im living in a southeast part of China. This vpn doesnt work well here. I spent hours on chatting with support Guys who are really dedicated to help, but time spent on solving problems with connection is too high price for me. I was happy with spending 100 bucks for 3 years program but spending hours on “fixing vpn” (Mac) and problems with launching vpn connection on my ipad (still i cant connect since long time) lead me to buy another vpn. If you have a lot of time to invest on fixing vpn, maybe 3 years program for 100 bucks is for you but if you count your time as your valuable resource - rethink idea of buying this vpn. Ps. I still have vpn account valid till 2022 but im already using another vpn. Seems a bit faster and more stable.

Nord VPN is really good product. Only one thing is really annoying : the pop up window reminding of changing the password. This pop up window can’t be switch off in program settings and appears in unexpected moments for example during video conference. This is the reason why i will probably don’t extend my subscription in Nord VPN.

The application requires constant attention, you have to open it from time to time to disconnect from the VPN and then reconnect after some time... you cannot rely on automatic connection because nordVPN causes many applications to not work properly - for example: Apple's built-in Maps don’t work with a VPN connection, or shortened links in Google, are loaded only after turning off the VPN...The app also doesn't let you interrupt the VPN connection when it tries to reconnect (which sometimes takes ages), and you can't use the internet while it does that... and you have to wait until the "sorry, it's taking longer than usual to connect" message appears...
