Od teraz skorzystasz z mobilnej autoryzacji, dzięki której wirtualny asystent Max lub doradca zweryfikują Twoją tożsamość, wysyłając Ci powiadomienie na telefon, gdy zadzwonisz na infolinię. Ta nowość pozwoli Ci się też upewnić, czy rozmawiasz z pracownikiem Orange, gdy do Ciebie zadzwoni.

Translation problems
App is working good, but there are a lot of text which doesn’t have their translation to other languages when you switch to them. Please, if possible, try to translate all the stuff for English at least)

Thanks for opinion. For now we don't add more translate stuff, but maybe in future we will change plans.
The most frustrating app on app store!
1. Needed to phone support NINE times during installation, because there were errors on every step, and most of the time, support either did not understand, or had no permissions to move it forward.
2. You need to receive three codes by sms on the number/device the app is running and enter them fairly quickly, so if you use an iPad, you need to juggle the sim between the ipad and a phone.
3. Only portrait orientation, feels inergonomical on an ipad (although, while installed, mostly works).
4. Dark theme doesn't cover the whole screen and it might just as well not be there, because the first thing when the app starts, you are flashed with a bright, all white splash screen and white login screen.
5. Not possible to see a detailed usage break down other than a summary from the moment of installation until now; my bandwith gets reduced despite me not watching any films or having hotspot on, and I have no idea why.
6. If you use English as your language, half of the app is in English and half in Polish.
7. Occasionally blocked bugs are introduced, like recently the app behaving on every start up as if it has been only just installed.
8. Some other things I don't remember.
I don't think I have ever used worse app in my life
Let's start with the fact that when buying a prepaid plan, I am encouraged to install the application at every step. However, when I want to do it, I get an error and the only option I have is to contact support, where I learn that I have to wait 48 hours between registering the number and creating an account. I sighed and waited, after 2 days I tried to register and they asked me to click on the activation link in the email. The problem is that the email takes 15 minutes to arrive, and when it finally arrives, the link has already expired and they tell me to go through the registration process again. So it's not even possible to register. This app is a joke
