Terrible app

Such a terrible app! If you are not polish well you can’t use it, but if you go to “Help” it’s in English. They change the rules without informing, I could call local national numbers but now I can’t and it’s asking to pay and took my money without even asking. Terrible. Changing to another network.

Play 24

Update: After contacting the support staff, it's even worse. They don't even understand what is going on in their company.
This company is going to make the service more complicated and it seems to me that they do not care about customers even if they pay quite a lot for all services and not only telephony.

It seems that programmers try to make life difficult for users every time. After every update for the last year or more, the app deletes all the phones that need to be reauthorized. Paying for some numbers is a good quest for you. If a number can be added to the iPad, it cannot be added to the app on the phone. Re-authorize if you want to switch numbers inside the app you are authorized in. Play at least test what you give users sometimes or hire an optimizer who understands what users need.

App Not Working After Payment – Error Message & No Support

I’ve been trying to access the application for over an hour, but I keep getting the error message: “Oops… It looks like we’re experiencing difficulties. Try again later.”

I already topped up my account and activated the S package, and while it worked for a few minutes, it suddenly stopped. Now, I have no internet access, even when I activate Wi-Fi, and I cannot use the application at all.

I contacted customer support, but they redirected me to another number for technical issues. However, that number doesn’t even ring—there’s no response at all. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I’ve already paid for the service. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
