DPD Mobile 4+

There is a lot of bad reviews for this app, but I personally haven’t had much problems with it. The biggest issue was the logging in part; it would be nice to inform the user that they may not have an account registered when trying to reset the password. As to the collecting the package part, it went really smoothly. The app uses Bluetooth to connect, which is odd, but it worked in seconds. Overall, it’s really not as bad as the reviews make it seem to be.

Every time I'm heading towards DPD Pick-up machine with this app in hand ... It's an adventure. I can feel this thrill. You never know if this time you will not be able to login using perfectly fine password working in website version. Or maybe communication with pick-up machine will not work. Or app will hang each time it will try to load a map basically blocking you from sending a package. One is sure - there are no chances you will send your package smoothly. I have tried with few different (I love this thrill, can't help it, don't judge me) packages so far. Each time I'm surprised with new bugs... On top of old ones. Such a great way to ruin your opinion about one of the biggest logistic companies in Poland.

DPD you can do better than that. Get yourself (or your software teams) together. I recommend to start simply by using this app yourself. Then you will quickly understand where 1.2 ranking in App store is coming from.

I completed the registration successfully. When I opened the application after registration, it says that I need to complete the registration. BUT I ALREADY DID THIS. I received an SMS to my email where it was written that the registration was successful. Then why should I register again after successful registration? Moreover, THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. After trying to register again, namely entering a password, it says that this user already exists. And if you do nothing and leave everything as is, it says that you need to complete the registration. I repeat, when I try to do this again, it says that it is impossible because the user already exists. Later, when I went to read the reviews for this similar app, I was horrified. The fact that they are all negative is evidenced by your attitude towards your clients and users. You absolutely don’t care about your clients and this upsets me.

There are several ways to register: 1) e-mail account, 2) phone number account 3) email account + adding a phone number. Please log in with your email account and add your phone number - this is the simplest solution.
