What’s New

Version 10.10.0

In the latest version of the app, we’ve added an "Orders" section where you can find your order details, initially for selected services ordered online. We will be expanding it soon to give you easy access to all important information about your purchases. We’ve also implemented a range of improvements for greater ease of use. The only downside is that the app doesn’t have an option to change the language

There are so many clients that are foreigners, it could have an option to change the language for English for example

Update: After contacting the support staff, it's even worse. They don't even understand what is going on in their company.
This company is going to make the service more complicated and it seems to me that they do not care about customers even if they pay quite a lot for all services and not only telephony.

It seems that programmers try to make life difficult for users every time. After every update for the last year or more, the app deletes all the phones that need to be reauthorized. Paying for some numbers is a good quest for you. If a number can be added to the iPad, it cannot be added to the app on the phone. Re-authorize if you want to switch numbers inside the app you are authorized in. Play at least test what you give users sometimes or hire an optimizer who understands what users need.

Package activation

10 hours I waited until my solo XL package option starts. Then I enabled mobile data and it ate all the money and said you don’t have any money so the package connection interrupted. It happened few times, I lost 70 zl in 10 minutes. I described the issue in service centre they said I should have waited longer.. It would be awesome to have some option in the app to prevent any money consumption before the package starts.

Upd. Overall I am still not satisfied with the service.
But hope that I will improve.
The app itself is fast, intuitive and easy to use.
