I find this app very usefull. The only problem I’m having is that I get unexpectedly log out. It might happen when I turn off the app, because I notice it only when I open the app after some time. It’s very inconvenient, cause I have to log in, find the city and the right tickets all over again.

When I was in a tram I wanted to buy a ticket and app suddenly log out me. I had to log in again only to find out that I have to wait another 2 minutes until I will be able to buy a ticket. This scenario is unbelievable. Please fix that. Today when I was trying to buy a ticket I couldn’t because when I pressed buy app was loading and then it said the time was to long and I could buy the ticket for next 2 minutes.Today when I wanted to buy ticket I could’t because when I pressed buy app was loading and finaly I took to long so the app said that I have to wait 2 minutes. I think this is very unfriendly app for buying bus or tram tickets.

I have been using this app for many years. I have also my kid connected to my account and I generate invoices for my accounting. Everytime I log in via www site to print my invoice I have to reset password because it does not work. Then of course I got logged out from the appand if I forget to rereset the password there I sit in the bus like studpide because it is impossible to take the resetcod from the email and put it in the app on the mobile phone (the app closes the reset pswrd screen when you switch to email screen to get the pswrd). Try doing that in a crowded bus

Warsaw, travelling with friends, I went to screen where you select number of tickets and enter bus number. Then switched to Google Maps for a moment and when bus appeard I’we switched back to Mobilet to finish purchase. And the app logged me out saying the time for entering PIN was out, but it didn’t asked for PIN in first place. After loging back in it told me my account was blocked for some stupid reason for next couple of minutes... and We were already in the bus... without chance to buy ticket. What stupid person design an app to work that way? Not recommend it!
