This service is an absolute scam. The waiting time for a ride will always be much longer than the app shows, be prepared for this! I had almost an hour before the train departed, the trip actually took 17-20 minutes. Uber canceled the order and returned the money because they couldn’t find the car ( and it cost cheaper!!! )Bolt confirmed the order, wrote off the money and began the search.... alone one refusal, another. confirming .. the stated waiting time is 8 minutes, the driver drives 12 (that’s what the bolt says, but it feels like 20), the driver circles the Ikea Gdansk parking lot in circles, I see this and send him information by message. he writes ok and continues driving around the parking lot. As a result, the application shows the car in place. I don’t see and start running across the parking lot and looking for him. The driver doesn’t understand me, I say that I’m late. We're driving fast, but I'm still 4 minutes late for the train... it took the bolt about 50 minutes to come and bring me 20 minutes to the train.. which left. I had to buy a new train. I contacted support to get my money back. they told us we are very sorry, we sympathize with you, etc. and offered 5pln for the bolt. to answer no they offered 10pln (the trip cost 39pln), after that they turned on a bot on me and in response to all messages he asked, can I close the case? and that's it... don't answer, can I close the case? everything is final. disgusting attitude towards customers

many questions to the support service. the driver stupidly broke all the rules. started the trip standing on the 2nd side of the road. the paid waiting time started before the driver came to me. then it turned out that the driver's trunk was full of junk and I couldn't put my 2 suitcases in there. the driver refused to cancel the trip, and the support service said that it was my problem. Apparently, in their opinion, I should go and leave everything at the station. Moreover, the suitcases are not even of medium size. this service has hit rock bottom in relation to customers and it's not the first time... we all know very well how terrible drivers behave from the bolt but now the support service stupidly abandons their customers... rock bottom. багато питань до служби підтримки. водій тупо порушив всі правила. почав поіздку ставши з 2 боку дороги. платний час очікування почався раніше ніж водій приіхав до мене. потім виявилося що багажник у водія завалений хламом і я не змогла покласти туди своі 2 чемодани. водій відмовився скасувати поіздку а служба підтримки сказала що це моя проблема.видно на їх думку я мала би поїхати і лишити все на вокзалі. При чому чемодани навіть не середнього розміру. ця служба пробила дно в відношенні до клієнтів і це далеко не вперше… всі ми добре знаємо наскільки жахливо ведуть себе водії з болта але тепер служба підтримки тупо кидає своїх клієнтів… дно дніще.

Ordering a bolt is always a problem. They’re always finishing another rout that is always longer then the given time. You can’t cancel the trip even when the driver is late or can’t find you but they can do this anytime they want. Today was waiting for the bolt over 13 minutes and he cancelled then another needed another 12 minutes to get here. I was so late to work. Support do not exist and ignores you. Drivers do not know the city. They be literally standing on another street than your marking on the bolt map and message you ‚I’m here where are you’. Once had to take a taxi nearby with still ongoing bolt as he was driving around me, even passing by unable to find the marked spot. Absolut disaster.Edit: the next bolt I ordered gave me 4 minutes to reach him without additional payments, as he was right next to the pickup point, at this point it’s just ridiculous and disrespectful toward customers. I can wait almost 30 minutes for bolt without any explanation or apology, being late for work, but they will charge me because I need time to leave my apartment????

I was waiting for my bolt more than 10 minutes. After that I received a message that the bolt driver has cancelled my ride. I had issues with taking another driver because my money was blocked and I did not have enough money to get another bolt. I had to wait until my money were received and do it all again.When I contacted the Bolt Service that maybe they should automatically find me another driver, all I Have received were messages about how sorry they feel and question if this solves my issue. When I was asking what they can do more about it I received notifications that the person, who was supposed to help me, left the conversation. Then, the new person was added and also left the conversation without any message - that happens about 4-5 times. At the end, I have received a message that the case is closed and how do I feel about it. Really? It’a ridiculous because the case is not close … and all the specialized people who were added to the conversation did not even written a word! How did that supposed to help me?
