Samsung Galaxy Buds 4+

Seriously ?

You tell me that you can't add 1st gen Galaxy Buds to this app because of memory or chip ? Seriously ?
I can pair 1st gen of Buds with my Iphone, I listen music with my Buds and You tell me that they are not compatible ? Seriously ?
So why do you can't make dedicated application for 1st gen GalaxyBuds ? The same app like was made for Samsung S10 ? App that shows power in %, app that allow us to change equalizer and other things that are in app on Samsung phones...
I love design of Samsung Buds, someday I would buy the new ones, but nope. I would buy other stuff. Very disappointed.

We're sorry for the inconvenience it may cause. Buds+ has improved its performance and usability through an enhancement of both the hardware and software. Especially, by having a new chip that has a better connectivity and memory, Buds+ features an improved connectivity. In addition, it is compatible with iOS devices. Since iOS compatibility is made possible through the new chip, it is supported only for Galaxy Buds+. Thank you for your understanding.

Disconnected

There’s a constant bug with the application. It doesn’t show that my headphones are connected to my device. Although somehow I managed to dissolve this problem on my IPad, I can’t do anything with it on my IPhone. I am a fan of those headphones yet using this application is discouraging. Buds are connected to my device via Bluetooth yet I can’t manipulate them to turn on noise-cancelling feature. Please fix this bug asp 🙏🏻

Hey there, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please tell us your Buds and iPad Model?
Note: The minimum requirement for a Galaxy Buds+/Live to work in iOS is satisfied by iPad 5th Generation or later models with iOS 10 and later versions. The Galaxy Buds app is not compatible with older models.
Also, please note that this application has been developed for iPhone, support for some later models of iPad is provided by scaling the application.

Ok but update servers down

Buds work quite well. This app doesn’t disturb at least and offers some configuration that is nice to see. However, I can’t update the buds. When I try to press update the software says it cannot connect to the server (tested on iPhone and iPad with different networks same effect).
