Samsung Health 4+

It is my best Health app but I have a problem with sound in my iPhone, when I had a Samsung phone I had for example voice comments during run.

I cant turn on option weight menager on wach activ. Watch tell me that I have to turn on this on my phone (iPhone) but I cant find nothing like that. I chose my weight target and I save my actual weight and nothing. Watch always tell me that I have to manage this on my phone. What more I cant see my burn calories day after day, I have only medium of all week and for example always in the morning it shows number from nothing. I can’t see my trainings, heart reate, burned calories, this watch and app is totally useless. In gear 3 this is the most usefull information to me and its really hard train everyday without this.

Hey Innfinitty, it is really unfortunate to know that. Please close Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch app from the background and restart Bluetooth connection after 10-20 seconds. Start the Galaxy Watch app first and wait till the battery and other status show up on the top. Let it run in the background. Turn on the Samsung Health app for synchronization. Go to your phone’s Settings and scroll down to apps. Toggle on Background App Refresh for both Samsung Health and Galaxy Watch app.

Losing of connection often and difficult with connect again. Phone is connected via Bluetooth with watch, but watch do not see the phone, because Samsung health app is not connecting with watch.
Also Samstag Health app is not supporting Samsung products “accessory may not be available in your country (where it was bought) or may not be interoperable with you device (iOS 13.5). Not very professional. Support only suggested to reinstall the app. No result.
