Problem with searching for Samsung TV

The latest version of the application severed the connection with my Samsung TV and after trying to remove it, it cannot find my TV. The washing machine is still working properly so it's not the fault of the network but the last fix of the application. Everything worked flawlessly so far, please do something about the topic and include it in the new revision. My phone is an iPhone 11 and it probably isn't the cause of the problem either.

Not satisfied

As a long-time user of Samsung products, I decided to use the Samsung SmartThings app, hoping for convenient management of all devices from one place. Unfortunately, my experience with the app has been decidedly negative.

The main issues I encounter relate to the app's response time. When I have many devices connected, I often have to wait a very long time for the system to connect to internal servers. I assume this is the reason for the long wait times for the control panel of a device to load. Sometimes the app just freezes, displaying a connection error message.

It doesn't matter which internet network I'm connected to – the same problem occurs both at home and at work. I have tried various solutions, such as disconnecting from my home internet and connecting through mobile data, but unfortunately, the app remains very unreliable.

There are times when it's faster to find the remote and turn on the device manually than to wait for the app to work properly. In its current state, the Samsung SmartThings app is more frustrating than helpful.

I hope that Samsung will soon resolve these issues because the potential of the app is enormous, but currently, its performance leaves much to be desired.

It doesn,t work for dual cook oven

It works fine only when you setting up one part of dualcook oven NV75T8979RK or you don,t use dual cook feature. second part of oven is not responding to settings entered into applications.
