Getting blendy with strechit

Great app! Exercises seem to be easy but they are demanding- brings wonderful relief for my back pain, i love leg strech too!
You can definiately get blendy with this app! 😉
I would just lower the price per month...

It’s good, but some times too fast and not enough warm up

I’ve been doing the trail version and trying different sessions. Overall, it’s interesting and sequence of the movements seems logical. However, often I find the pace of the stretches just too fast. The full body stretch, class 5 is terrible! The model already starts with props placed in different positions, before I get my blocks and place them the exercise is finished. The command is to repeat 8 times, and after two times the model moves to another exercise. I don’t know how fast I would need to move, breath and place my props to keep up with the video. With this, a person really runs a risk of injury... Also pausing the video all the time is not very useful. In addition, sometimes the positions, even at the beginners level, are quite advanced and there is no alternative given. Finally, I feel sometimes like the warm up is not enough, especially if from the very beginning we are asked to enter back bends positions.

I will consider whether I want to continue the workouts with this or not due.

Hi there! Thank you so much for extensive feedback. As a beginner, please only go as far as your body allows. Feel free to use yoga blocks and a strap at any time to extend your reach. Also, please don't feel the need to do the exercises with the same range of motion as the trainer in the video does. Use her only for guidance.

At first you may find it difficult to keep up with the pace of the class. The idea is to keep the movement going without interruptions. So try to start an exercise together with the video and then adjust your movement according to the voice cues. In case a particular exercise is new to your body, it may take some time to figure it out. So you may not be able to do the recommended amount of reps. And it’s ok! Don’t feel the need to rush through it or to pause the video every time. Just make fewer reps and move on.

The classes feel much easier with the repeated use. Try to take one class a few times and see how it goes. If you never stretched before, we recommend to start with Full Body Stretch and move to other training packages when you feel more comfortable.

Our beginner classes are safe, yet challenging. Poses you may at first struggle with will get better with practice. Keep at it and you will soon surprise yourself!
