Worst app for cloud services I ever used

I have only bad experiences with this app. Only one advantage I’ve seen so far. You can upload multiple files at once. I was using DS Cloud for few years before Drive was introduced. Migration to Drive app was a nightmare. Finally I lost some data and had bad experience with Synology support. I created a ticket and had bad luck to talk with a lady who was not interested to help, but just to send me some laconic answers to show that they do something. I gave up, but after 6 months came back to the topic and got better support from Synology. Problem wasn’t solved, but at least I got info, which let me reduce the damage on my data. To summarize, previous app (DS Cloud) was far better for simple user in terms of speed, functionality, data safety, ease of use. This thing looked like something that wasn’t ready to be launched in full scale. I see that some improvements are already implemented. Generally it is a nice example how to make good app a total disaster. For me it was destruction of solid basis (main functions that worked perfectly in DS Cloud) just t get few benefits. Team developing this thing, should hear that summary of user experience. It may become a good app in the future, but so far it was nothing else than trouble.

Chaos

Great ➕ for integrating with Apple Files. Unfortunately it also great ➖ for not displaying my decrypted folder. If it wants to display it, I have to use DS Files (in effect I have two apps for the same thing, and each with some sort of defect that makes it necessary for me to have both).
I also don't quite understand why only the administrator account can have permissions to decrypt the folder, and why the process can't happen from the previously mentioned applications.
There are two file management apps, including the one here, cannibalises the functionality of the Photos Mobile app. Also, by displaying all the graphics (including icons, or graphics that are parts of, for example, of some app) it creates chaos and mess. It doesn’t encourage to go on it at all. So for photos I still have Photos Mobile, where this chaos is absent, but it has a photo backup function, which is also found in the Drive app. Why are they duplicating each other’s functions? Who comes up with this? If the people responsible for this mess had used these apps themselves, this would never have happened.
